As stated in the August 31, 2009 lawsuit, Aisha v. The FBI, Madonna and members of her depraved, disgraceful Kabbalah cult, such as television writer/producer, Russell Davies (Hollywood’s “Queer as Folk” and the BBC’s “Doctor Who” and “Torchwood”) not only infringed my PREEXISTING copyrights, but violated my privacy as well and that of my family and friends, using it as the basis for select episodes of the BBC programs “Torchwood” and “Doctor Who.”
For more on that, here is an excerpt from the August 31, 2009 lawsuit, Aisha v. The FBI et al, relevant to this article:
24. Madonna then spread her invasive madness to her label affiliate BBC in London where she lived (BBC’s DVDs are distributed by Madonna’s Warner Bros). The BBC is familiar with Aisha’s family, having worked with her dad and aunt. Previously, in 2004, the BBC called Aisha’s dad, renowned musicologist and disc jockey, Vaughn “Bunny” Goodison, in Jamaica over the telephone, for an interview on the passing of his esteemed, lifelong friend and music legend, 72-year-old, Clement Dodd. On another occasion, the BBC telephoned Aisha’s dad for comment on the passing of famous charity worker, 87-year-old, Sister Mary Ignatius Davies, who was also a good friend of the family. These interviews were carried on BBC radio and on their websites. Aisha’s aunt, Jamaica’s award winning, highly rated, poet laureate, Lorna Goodison, had also done pleasant radio and print interviews with the BBC. Therefore, the family had maintained a good relationship with the BBC, but Madonna, driven by ill-will and hatred, resenting the famous arts family, due to Aisha’s very valuable, groundbreaking Copyrighted Catalog she covets and Aisha’s refusal to respond to her correspondences, viciously sponsored a Kabbalah styled case of gross invasion of privacy and copyright infringement, through BBC employees and Kabbalah members, Russell Davies and Billie Piper (Madonna’s protégé), aimed at vindictively targeting and maligning the award winning family. The family at no time did anything to Madonna, Davies or Piper, not knowing any of them, yet acting in concert with Madonna, they began to place items from Aisha’s preexisting Copyrighted Catalog and astonishingly her personal life as well, in his BBC scripts.
25. Davies infringed Aisha’s copyrights for select episodes of the BBC shows “Doctor Who” and “Torchwood” and additionally, included Aisha’s personal, identifying information unique to her, in his scripts. These items were obtained through hacking by the staff of Madonna.com. Davies, who has visited Aisha’s official websites, before and after the misconduct transpired, as attested by Traffic Facts site statistics software, has followed Madonna’s lead and taken broadcasting to an unprecedented low in Britain for the “Children of Earth” five part series on the “Torchwood” program he writes for. The “Children of Earth” broadcast not only includes items from preexisting, protected items from Aisha’s computers, using it for the main storyline of the 5 part miniseries, it also includes Aisha’s mother’s name “MILLIE” as a character, a variation of AISHA’s name in the script as a character named “MISHA”, a look-alike character that is the spitting image of Aisha’s sister, casting the character as a girl who is maliciously exploited and thrown in prison, the name CLEMENT mcDOnalD, a variation of the name CLEMENT DODD, appears in the script as an elderly character (CLEMENT DODD is Aisha’s aforementioned godmother’s husband, who invented reggae music and signed Bob Marley to his first record deal). There is also a character named MR. DEKKER, which is the real name of one of CLEMENT DODD’s legendary, award winning, international reggae recording colleagues and Aisha’s dad’s late friend, MR. DESMOND DEKKER. The CLEMENT and DEKKER names were cast as psychotic, despised, crazy characters running from aliens, which is disrespectful to the memory of the two, real, beloved, legendary Jamaican national heroes in the music field, which the names were distastefully taken from, in a racist manner by Russell Davies and Madonna’s Kabbalah. Other invasive items that infringe Aisha’s preexisting copyrights were included in select episodes of Russell Davies’ show “Doctor Who.” …
27. Other members of Madonna’s Kabbalah such as Sacha Baron Cohen, have been outed using real people for characters in TV shows and movies, such as “Ali G” being based on BBC radio disc jockey Tim Westwood and 2009’s Austrian character “Bruno” being illegally based on Austrian TV personality Alfons Haider. In 2009, Madonna’s partner and Kabbalah member, Jerry Bruckheimer was also sued for perversely basing a defamatory episode of “CSI” on a real live couple that owns a Los Angeles real estate firm, Scott and Melinda Tamkin, with the show using their real names and lives for the broadcast without permission, but defaming them as reckless people participating in sexual bondage, pornography, drunkenness and murder, in similar conduct to what Aisha had formally accused Bruckheimer of in her 2005 lawsuit against Madonna.
Since the filing of the lawsuit several weeks ago, I have discovered my teenage godbrother’s privacy and that of his mother, who live in South Florida in America, were violated during the case, as he, his mother and I, exchange emails very often and speak on the phone regularly, which was illegally wiretapped Anthony Pellicano style (Madonna’s private investigator, whom I gave the FBI detailed information about in 2005 and he was later arrested and convicted on wiretapping charges – see lawsuit for more information).
During one of the many hacks into my computer, which were traced back to Digilink, who is the web hosting company for Madonna’s official website Madonna.com, not only was my very valuable preexisting Copyrighted Catalog copied and then infringed by Madonna and her cohorts in Hollywood, my emails, both business and personal, were illegally copied, as mentioned in the lawsuit.
As stated in the lawsuit and mentioned above in the excerpt, Madonna’s Kabbalah member, homosexual Russell Davies (and his “Doctor Who” actress, Madonna protégé and Kabbalah cult member, Billie Piper) infringed preexisting copyrights belonging to me, for select episodes of “Torchwood” and “Doctor Who” and additionally included items in the script, such as the names of my family members and friends in the “Children Of Earth” 5-part miniseries on “Torchwood.”
Skins
Recently, I saw a bio page for the BBC/E4 program “Skins.” The homosexual father and son team of Bryan Elsley and Jamie Brittain, who are the writers and creators of the extremely dysfunctional and distasteful teen show “Skins” was mentioned in conjunction with Madonna’s Kabbalah member Russell Davies. The article stated Bryan Elsley and Jamie Brittain used to work for Russell Davies. They are also Davies’ BBC co-workers.
Now, imagine my horror and repulsion, when I scrolled down the character list for the show “Skins” and see my godbrother’s name “JJ Jones” listed as a character (his first name is John, but his family and friends call him “JJ”).
Imagine my horror again, when I read about the character and realize said character not only has my godbrother’s name, mimicking the sick conduct Madonna/Davies did to my family, but also infringes his image and likeness as well. This infringing character was created when my godbrother was 17-years-old. He is now 19.
Things the character on “Skins” has in common with my godbrother “JJ Jones”:
1. The name “JJ Jones”
2. 17-years of age
3. Wears braces
4. Grew his hair out a bit (his mom kept commenting on it, as she wanted him to cut it)
5. Lives with his mom a single parent
6. A very smart student
7. Hangs out often with his two best friends
8. Has a penchant for drinking Tropicana (an American, Florida brand of fruit juice that amazingly appears in a British show)
How does the BBC explain, how people connected to Madonna via Kabbalah, not only wound up in criminal possession of an illegally made copy of my Copyrighted Catalog, infringing items from it via using them without permission, but said characters in the infringing programs, now mysteriously have my mother’s name MILLIE, a variation of my name AISHA (“MISHA“), a look alike character that looks a great deal like my sister, the name my of my godmother’s husband who invented reggae music CLEMENT DODD (turned into the variant name “CLEMENT mcDOnalD“) and his colleague, the late reggae legend, DESMOND DEKKER‘s name used as “MR. DEKKER” in the programming (Note: My dad interviewed Desmond Dekker’s family on his radio show, listened to by millions around the world, shortly before Russell Davies did this invasive madness) and now my godbrother’s name, image and likeness, appears along with the other infringements, as characters penned by these same writers, Russell Davies, Bryan Elsley and Jamie Brittain.
Let’s not forget, prior to this, the BBC called my dad, a renowned musicologist, twice in Jamaica for interviews on famous public figures that are friends of the family. I kept wondering how they got his number. They also interviewed my aunt, an award winning author, Lorna Goodison, prior to all this as well.
Therefore, the BBC does know my family. Not to mention, the BBC has come up in my website stats numerous times, before and after these incidents regarding Russell Davies, Bryan Elsley and Jamie Brittain transpired.
It’s bad enough for Madonna and co. to violate my privacy, but while their invasiveness was going on, she and her comrades at the BBC, invaded the privacy of my sister and godbrother, who were minors at the time this unlawful activity began. That is absolutely criminal.
I am also of the belief, they found out what my sister looks like and based the aforementioned “Torchwood” character on her (“Lois” from Torchwood’s “Children of Earth), via photos I had taken of her at the airport, that I emailed to her in Jamaica, after I extracted them from the card of my digital camera.

I asked my mom and another relative to look at the picture and tell me what they think and they said she does look like her (except, my sister usually has her hair straight – however, in the photos that I took of her at the airport and emailed to her, she had the front of her hair braided):

Violating the privacy of minors is a very serious crime. Turning two minors, that are private citizens, into characters on TV, at the request of a sick, devilish pop star, Madonna, invading innocent people’s privacy and harassing others, as she is psychopathic and obsessed out of her non-singing mind, is disgusting and nasty.
Russell Davies, Bryan Elsley and Jamie Brittain, have also added other very defamatory and sick items to the characters lives, based on my sister and godbrother, that are more than enough grounds for criminal charges and a lawsuit.
Once again, Madonna and co. have gone too far. The worst part in all this is, we are innocent people that have nothing to do with Madonna or her lunatic Kabbalah cult members like Davies.
And I promise you, all that are involved in committing this foul, nasty misconduct on those shows, that criminally invaded the privacy of minors, will see the inside of a prison cell before this is all over. You have my word on it.
Do, pray tell, what did my young sister and godbrother do to you? They are two good, decent, hardworking kids that make great grades in school and are trying to live their lives.
How did they deserve for a group of vile, despicable, perverted lunatics to invade their privacy and beam their lives, image, likeness and in my godbrother’s case, his actual name, around the world (his mom’s distinct last name that is different from his, was also used for a Russell Davies’ TV character on “Torchwood”).
Do stand up like men, albeit cowardly homosexual men, obsessed with underage boys and girls – and tell the world what my young sister and godbrother, who do not even know you at all, nor do I, did to you that they deserve this criminal nastiness and invasiveness you’ve done in conjunction with your fellow Kabbalah cult member Madonna. You must be so proud of yourselves spying on and picking on underage youths, you perverts.
Really, what if I took the low road, as Madonna has done once again and cast a character in one of my scripts with her daughter’s name, writing that the 12-year-old girl is to be dressed like an underage prostitute, trying to be sexy for the camera. Oh wait, Madonna has done that to her daughter already for her latest video, trying to shock people for attention.

Regarding, Russell Davies, Bryan Elsley and Jamie Brittain, what if I pen a script, casting your respective parents’ names, image and likeness, as characters that molest kids and pee on them in the woods, as singer Elton John was accused of doing, by the Sun Newspaper UK. How would you feel about that.
I can get their names off Wikipedia if you’d like (and knowing Wikipedia, there is a 99% probability the names would be wrong, anyway).
But I wouldn’t do something like that. Because at the end of the day, one has to ask one’s self, what kind of sick people do things like that, you know, as you have done to my innocent family and I, who’ve done you no harm.
Once again, if the shiftless, useless, corrupt FBI had done their jobs from 2005, when they first received the case, those depraved animals could not have taken things to such sick levels, causing irreparable damage to innocent people, including minors, as mentioned above.
And the FBI wonders why I have nothing positive to write about them. Take a good look at that mess, as two young people have now been harmed, because you corruptly decided to let a foul, vile, dirty old pop star that audiences don’t even care about anymore, run loose with this madness, committing crime after crime, against innocent people, so she and Hollywood could criminally rip me off, as my Copyrighted Catalog is very valuable.
Then again, I shouldn’t be surprised that the FBI doesn’t care about kids, as it was widely reported, the FBI told the parents of missing children to buzz off.
You call that law enforcement. You are such unmitigated failures at what you do. Hands down, the worst law enforcement agency ever.
A-Rod’s Wife’s Lawyers Request Wiretap Documents
In sentiments echoed by others whose lives have been invasively and illegally intruded upon by the Kabbalah Center and its members, Cynthia Rodriguez, wife of athlete A-Rod, through her lawyers, filed a motion in a Miami court yesterday, demanding full disclosure of all surveillance activities that took place regarding her, such as wiretapping.
Wiretapping, hacking and shadowing people are prominent harassment and invasion of privacy tactics utilized by the Kabbalah cult to gain an undue advantage in court, financial disputes and to brainwash its members into thinking they have some superior spiritual power to see the unseen and know all things.
They contract out the invasive methods to private investigators and computer specialists, seeking dirt on law abiding people they target for financial gain or to sway to their corrupt way of thinking.
This is standard operating procedure in Kabbalah. Whether or not they will release the surveillance items to Cynthia’s lawyers or bribe the judge so they don’t have to remains to be seen, as wiretapping is a jail worthy felony, but it is safe to assume they inappropriately delved into her life, as they have done to other targets with significant assets.
According to family and friends, A-Rod has been acting strangely under the influence of the sick Kabbalah cult and its devilish figurehead, Madonna, to the point many in his inner circle have spoken out about the brainwashing. Madonna should be very embarrassed, as her own conduct is pathetic – she’s humiliated herself.
It should be noted, the mere fact that Madonna became so obsessed with A-Rod to the point she literally “brainwashed him” into abandoning his own family, says she probably invaded his privacy as well and duped him into thinking she is his “soulmate” as the press wrote.
In actuality, if you read someone’s private emails without permission and eavesdrop on their personal calls, at some point you will find out their private thoughts and feelings.
For example, he’s telling his wife, friend or a teammate what he likes most in a woman or friend, what he wants out of life, his dreams and aspirations, his thoughts and fears…and you being the pervert you are, eavesdropping on those calls and emails, would learn enough to dupe him into thinking you’re something you’re not, by telling him exactly what he wants to hear in great detail or using those items against him.
It would be quite easy to prey on someone who doesn’t suspect the surveillance, via regurgitating that private information at them, making them think you are their soulmate, when in actuality you are a deceitful, depraved, used up, thieving, lip syncing harlot pretending to be a singer.
While, I do believe people have soulmates, another person God intends for one to be with, I certainly don’t believe Madonna and A-Rod are that. God doesn’t break up families. He’s more suited to his wife.
Furthermore, brainwashing people is quite dangerous. These Kabbalah mind control techniques, previously utilized by other sick cultists such as Jim Jones and Charles Manson, can have very adverse effects.
It should be noted, visitors to the Kabbalah Center have a meal of hummus, among other items, and who knows what’s really in that and the effect it’s having on people, to get them that brainwashed that fast. It wouldn’t be the first time a cult did something like that.

The Kabbalah practice of “Cleaning out your vessel” isn’t ridding yourself of negativity – it’s actually brainwashing, making you susceptible to their suggestions and beholden to their will, so they can proceed with “Cleaning out your wallet.” They’ve done this to several people, as reported in the British press, fleecing them out of millions, then kicking them out of the cult.

Cynthia wants “Any reports you have received from a detective, investigator or any other person based upon surveillance of your spouse.” And, she wants “all tape recordings and other evidence prepared from tape recordings made in connection with any wiretapping or other electronic surveillance conducted by you or others on your behalf.”
She also wants “all electronic evidence … contained in all computers to which you have access” over the last three years. The demand includes iPhones, Sidekicks and BlackBerries.

Cynthia Rodriguez, wife of Alex Rodriguez, spoke out today for the first time since she filed for divorce from her husband of six years, because of Madonna’s misconduct.
She said she is not seeking revenge and also slammed reports that she spent $100,000 of his money on a vindictive shopping spree in Paris.
Cynthia: “I did not spend one dollar shopping in Paris. I did not go to super-fancy, expensive restaurants. I did not go to any spa. I didn’t do one thing. I spent the most innocent four days with my children’s godparents, who are as close to us as family.”

She does admit to trusted friends she’ll be there for him the day he cracks up because she knows it’s going to be – the words used are – “an ugly thing.”

His wife Cynthia Rodriguez filed for divorce this week and is seeking fully custody of their two small children. She is also challenging their prenup, which would make her eligible for $225 million dollars or more, if you figure in his endorsements, on top of his $450 million in paid and promised salary (baseball contracts).
His mother-in-law, Evangeline Scurtis, stated, “I’m not mad at him, I’m sad for him. Alex has been a member of our family for 13 years. They’re both our children, and I’m sad for both of them.”
His sister in law stated regarding the Madonna brainwashing claims that have surfaced from A-Rod’s wife, who is a psychologist, and separately his former trainer, who went out for a walk together today, “I don’t know, but she’s probably capable of anything.” Indeed. That she is.
The home wrecking harlot is said to be fuming over statements from Cynthia Rodriguez’s lawyer that has provoked widespread public condemnation of her all over the internet:
“The correct analysis is a relationship. Some people categorise an affair as sexual infidelity. We’re not claiming that – it’s an affair of the heart. Cynthia has tolerated a lot of misconduct, but this one was the final straw. Having Madonna sit in his box at baseball games, and the Kabbalah meetings that have taken place. It’s like an open forum. All this publicity failed to scare up sales, as one week later, her CD “Hard Candy” slid further down the charts,dropping 10 places, selling less than 10,000 copies for the week, which is very poor. According to Fox News, there are also plenty of tickets left to her tour that’s not doing well.
This visibility in this scandal did nothing for her. She was arrogant and out of order to plop her backside in his box for all to see with the rumors that were going around. I guess she was showing his wife who is boss, but all she managed to do was turn the public against herself.
The public generally doesn’t show sympathy for others when they break up a family, especially one with small children. She ought to Google herself and take a look at the things that are being said. The publicity blitz failed.

According to Fox Sports Alex has been going through the Kabbalah practice called “Cleaning out your vessel” where you rid yourself of family, friends and business associates, replacing them with Kabbalah people. He is clinging to them though they are isolating him and destroying his life. This is very dangerous and is also known as the Stockholm Syndrome.
Due to the fact A-Rod’s net worth is $450,000,000 they have zoomed in on him as a financial target, much like they’ve done to others with substantial assets. Yahoo, The New York Post, Fox 411 and numerous outlets are reporting they are trying to get A-Rod’s money (see article excerpts and links below).

Many psychologists and cult experts all state, it is a standard cult practice to isolate cult members from their families, friends and associates by any means possible, brainwash them and then take their assets (see psychologists article excerpts and links listed below).
A-Rod’s not spending time with his family anymore, not even his new born, which is unnatural and a bad sign regarding what’s going on with him.
Separately, his long time friend was on TV this morning pleading with him to call him, as they used to be best buds, but now for no reason, he’s stopped speaking to him. He’s not the only one. A-Rod fired all his people from his manager to trainer and replaced them with Kabbalah people.
In another incriminating incident, A-Rod’s trainer and godfather to his children, Dodd Romer, stated Madonna “brainwashed” him with Kabbalah to the point he can’t think straight anymore, as he has “been pulled over to the dark side.”
Déjà vu. She did the same to Britney Spears, Guy Ritchie, Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton – it killed their respective careers and rendered them loco. Yankees fans shouldn’t hold their breaths.

Rodriguez has been going to the Kabbalah Center and doing all the brainwashed things Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan did before their public breakdowns over the course of the last year – like driving around listening to Madonna CDs all the time (read below). Madonna’s music is not exactly A-Rod’s demographic. His trainer said he goes into a brainwashed “trance” when her music videos come on. Psychologists describe this as a form of mind control using trances.
X17 and Splash photo agencies used to always report how Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan would listen to Madonna CDs in their cars all the time. They also kept robotically putting in plugs for Madonna in their interviews at the strangest times, in ways that were just weird, abrupt and out of place.

Britney was even caught wandering around CVS drug store with a crazy expression on her face and a huge 500 plus page Kabbalah book called the “Zohar.” The whole thing looked completely awkward and staged.
Her former, unqualified manager, Sam Lufti, was the Kabbalah Center’s guy in Britney’s life that helped to push her over the edge to steal her money, which they did. They received a $35,000 donation, but an additional $1,000,000 in Britney’s funds and assets are still missing. I’ve got bad news for you guys, it is being said in the industry that Madonna slept with Britney. Ewww.
Madonna is a modern day witch. The things she and the Kabbalah Center profess as the way to so-called enlightenment is modern day witchcraft, casting spells, mind control, brainwashing, manipulation and reading stars to determine your fate. These are all things the Bible ascribes to witches. She’s even starting to look like a witch. I’m just saying:

How many lives is Robert Mueller at the FBI going to let that animal destroy before they do something about her and that Kabbalah cult. Madonna’s “Hard Candy” Receives Terrible Reviews
Madonna’s infringing CD “Hard Candy” has been the recipient of terrible reviews. The album really is quite poor and has seen the phony pop star butchering other people’s copyrighted works.
Many critics are now accusing her of ripping off others music and following trends well after they happened, when she falsely claims to be an innovator. No, she is the imitator and always has been.
In going over some of the songs on her “Hard Candy” CD I also heard other people’s lyrics on her album, not just mine. For example:
In one song she rips off R. Kelly stealing his lyric “Silence can seem so loud” from his big hit “I Believe I Can Fly.”
In another song she ripped off Ciara’s 2007’s smash “Promise” for her 2008 “Spanish Lesson” that appears on Hard Candy by lifting the following lyrics:
Ciara 2007: You can be my teacher I’ll do homework. You can give me extra credit baby I’ll do more work.
Madonna 2008: If you do your homework. Maybe I will give you more work.
Then there’s the 50 Cent rip off where she steals his song “Candy Shop” calling her own version “Candy Shop as well, whilst ripping off his lyrics.
She continually steals other people’s music, regurgitates substandard versions of it, claiming it as her own. She really knows how to mess up a song.
This type of conduct is unacceptable. Artists are supposed to bring something new to the table. Not rip off preexisting pieces of music and imagery, repackaging them as your own.
That’s the ultimate fraud. You don’t get worse as an artist than that. It tells the world you are a fake and not the real deal. No one respects that.
It’s funny, one reviewer points out she “ripped off” her own music via the infringing song “She’s Not Me” from “Hard Candy” that knocks off her previous infringing song “Sorry” from Confessions On A Dance Floor.
However, these are both tracks I had formally accused Madonna of infringing from my Copyrighted Catalog. That’s my writing style and the songs had been in the Copyright Office registered to me, years before she criminally stole them in violation of U.S. and U.N. law.
Tainted ‘Candy’
When trendsetting turns into trend-chasing, it’s time to hang it up.
Most surprising, some of Candy’s catchier moments are barely disguised thefts from other, better songs. She’s Not Me shamelessly apes Sorry from her own Dancefloor; Spanish Lesson steals so baldly from Timberlake’s Senorita and Like I Love You that it’s a wonder Madonna didn’t just sample those songs instead.
But perhaps Confessions was her swan song, a last best guess that left her sifting through sounds, searching in vain for that next groundbreaking, guaranteed hit.
Madonna’s ‘Hard Candy’ definitely not better with age
Madonna is known as one of those artists who jumps on the latest trends in music, only to leave it lying in the dust when she goes back into the studio to work on her next album. On “Hard Candy” the only thing that is offered up is lots of dancing, relationships and sex.

But with “Hard Candy,” Madonna plays catch-up with mainstream pop charts. She essentially has remade Nelly Furtado’s “Loose” and half of Justin Timberlake’s “FutureSex/LoveSounds,” following fashion trends that are 2 years old. Is this where Madonna wants to be?
Never mind the off-putting come-ons such as “My sugar is raw, sticky and sweet” from the opener, “Candy Shop,” or the nausea-inducing cover art redolent of down-market porn: Those are the least of Madonna’s problems. She banks everything on the catchy but vacant single, “4 Minutes,” in which Timbaland recycles the marching band trope that drove Gwen Stefani’s “Hollaback Girl.” With Timbaland and Timberlake in the foreground, Madge certainly doesn’t own the song; she is a bit player on her own track.
On “Hard Candy,” when she slags Madonnalikes such as Britney Spears and Furtado (“She’s Not Me”), the argument falls flat because these days, Madonna’s trying to be them.
CD reviews: Madonna’s ‘Hard Candy’ is more bland than sweet
Simply, one cannot imagine a major artist — and no matter how one feels about Madame Ciccone, she’s a star of the highest magnitude — releasing such tepid material.
“Hard Candy” feels and sounds like a desperate attempt to remain relevant, with Madonna enlisting the likes of Justin Timberlake, Timbaland, Pharrell Williams and Kanye West for support.
That’s sort of like enlisting Picasso and Van Gogh to paint a house.
What’s most apparent is that Madonna, at 49, has become what she must fear most: Irrelevant, boring and disposable.

Hard Candy is expected to make No.1 in the US and Australia in its first week and has been reviewed favourably in a number of overseas publications, but already there has been considerable negative press in her own country, most of it suggesting that the raunch, not to mention the music, is beginning to look a little tired.

It’s baffling that Madonna, of all people, couldn’t bring the best out of Timbaland and Pharrell, and the fact that she couldn’t highlights the degree to which she was in over her head. It’s sadder than the balding guy who buys a sports car; it’s like a balding guy who goes to buy a sports car and drives off with a lemon because he doesn’t know anything about cars. Unless Madonna can figure out how to recalibrate her identity in a way that compliments her, she could be facing an early retirement.

It’s no secret Madonna is unhappy with the way time is ticking ever onward. But the cover of her new CD, Hard Candy, tells the story in a way that words cannot. There’s Madge, almost 50, in faux-bondage gear, trying to make like it’s 1992.
Make her think she’s invulnerable to the aging process, that she can keep up with the kids? She certainly tries, here. But that’s the problem — you can hear her trying…
For Madonna to get on the bandwagon at this late stage feels like a calculated (and belated) attempt to get some street cred…
The problem is Madonna. She sounds out of touch, like she’s not sure what to do with herself. Her trademark frigid coo doesn’t fit with these bump ‘n’ grind rhythms, and her usually harmless pop hooks repeatedly fall flat.
Hard Candy quickly loses its flavor
Madonna seems to have made the unfortunate mistake of letting other pop stars serve as her bellwether — instead of Britney looking to Madge for inspiration, Madge seems to have taken a page out of Britney’s latest book, taking half-a**ed sleaze over the seductive sounds that made her an icon in the ‘80s.
Still, you have to give her and her pop juggernaut friends credit — recycling pop music trends has to help curb the effects of global warming, right?

Spears Going Broke
In more “Madonna is being delusional” news. She has blamed Britney Spears’ terrible fall from grace on not having a childhood. Oh please, Michael Jackson didn’t have a childhood and he turned out just fine. Just kidding.
Seriously, it’s more Madonna got her involved in Kabbalah, forcing it upon her, where even the cult’s nutty management state you must be “over 40” to study what real scholars have deemed “madness” “gibberish” “fake” and “false teachings.”
Another set of web sites critical of the cult stated there is an old Jewish saying that Kabbalah should not be taught to anyone under 40 or they will go insane. Britney proved that. So did Lindsay Lohan who also flew off the rails and self-destructed. And let’s not even talk about Paris Hilton who went cuckoo in jail.
You’ve destroyed those girls lives and careers with that Kabbalah cult and I don’t think the public has seen the worst of it yet, but they should have known better than to get involved in it, as they were being asked to do some very sick things.
However, one shouldn’t go around destroying other people’s lives, because what goes around comes around.
She is so busy sticking her nose in younger people’s business and it’s not a good look. It makes her look like a meddlesome, perverted busybody with nothing better to do in her old age than hound young people.

Many articles have surfaced stating Britney Spears is going broke. There is truth to some of them. Her finances are tapped out from years of heavy spending, massive property payments, unwise business decisions, cult donations and being fleeced. There is also mention of an IRS probe.
She should not have blown through that money in such a manner, as $100 million dollars is very difficult to replace, especially in the latter part of her career. After all her debts and various deductions for items owed to different entities, she has $10 million left, which can disappear overnight as well in extravagant Hollywood.

Out of work actress Lindsay Lohan is up to her old tricks again – stealing people’s clothes. The Kabbalah cult nut stole a pricey fur coat from 22-year-old Masha Markova, which was a gift from her grandmother. Masha was described as a pretty exchange student.
As I have mentioned before on this site, members of the Kabbalah cult believe stealing attractive people’s clothes and wearing them, helps you soak up their aura and become like them. Hence, fellow Kabbalah cult member Britney Spears constantly switching clothes with pretty women she meets in night clubs.

I also previously wrote about how Kabbalah cult weirdo Madonna infringed copious amounts of my private, years old copyrighted music, including having years old costume designs/descriptions from accompanying music video treatments in my copyrighted catalog, sewn up by her seamstress and began wearing them on stage and all over London like a lunatic.
I logged on one day only to see that psychopath flinging herself around on stage in the costumes from my copyrighted catalog, and other photos of her walking around London in the designs, with that crazy, startled look on her face (is it the Botox that’s causing her to have that crazy, startled look or is it the lunacy).
Last year, I wrote about Lindsay Lohan stealing thousands of dollars worth of clothes belonging to a pretty model. The model, Lauren Hastings, was away working and Lindsay went to her house and stole the clothes. When the model returned home and discovered what happened, she reported Lindsay to the police. Lindsay was then forced to return the clothes she stole.
In this latest incident, Lindsay went to a party wearing a black jacket, saw Masha Markova’s blond fur coat in the coat check area, said it was hers, put it on and left wearing it.
Yea Lindsay, because a jet black jacket and a blond fur coat look so much alike you got confused. Right. You stole it. Like you stole the model’s clothes last year.
You should be ashamed of yourself. It makes you look very common.
It was reported that Lohan so mistreated the coat in the two weeks it was unlawfully in her possession, that when she was forced by Masha’s lawyer to return it, it came back torn, stained and smelling of cigarettes. Such trashy conduct.
It shows the terrible sense of entitlement these depraved Kabbalah cult members have and how messed up their thinking is. They have an utter lack of class and a terrible way of devaluing and destroying things of value they steal from others. They have no respect for other people’s property rights and are very destructive.

That’s when her immigration lawyer, Merrill Cohen, called Lohan’s high-powered Hollywood attorney, Blair Berke, threatening litigation…
The coat arrived at Markova’s Morningside Heights apartment two days later. Reeking of cigarettes and booze with a slight tear in the lining, the fur coat was no worse for wear after a dry cleaning and quick patch-up…

As some of you know, Madonna criminally infringed more items from my Copyrighted Catalog again. I have not had time to list out all the infringements in detail today, as it is very time consuming and I am very busy, but I have listed a few in Part 1 of this article.
Read below the songs for my opinions on her latest acts of criminal copyright infringement, among other things.
The infringements are color coded and go from left to right throughout the boxes below. My copyrighted works, that PREDATE MADONNA’S RIP OFFS BY YEARS, are in the left column and her rip offs on the “Hard Candy” CD are in the right column.
The third copyrighted song listed below “A Million Miles Away” that she ripped off for her new song “Miles Away” is actually 3 YEARS OLD (registered with the Copyright Office November 22, 2005).
Mad-onna has ripped off many artists’ copyrights
For background on it, for those of you who don’t know, Madonna’s has been infringing my copyrighted works over and over again. She has repeatedly ripped off verbatim, distinct items, unique to my copyrighted works that have been in existence and under federal and international protection, well before she did so.
Currently, two Miami law firms are working on my behalf regarding copyrights Madonna also spread to affiliated artists and producers she worked with, who also fraudulently took writers credit and royalties for the already registered songs.
However, the Madonna infringements and civil rights violations that occurred in tandem with the case, will be handled internationally in separate legal world venues and courts of law.
Edgar Bronfman jr
Her label, the beleaguered Warner Music Group, headed by Edgar Bronfman jr., and her publishers have been to this web site before and after the rip offs occurred.
Pharrell Williams
Her producer Timbaland, among others she’s worked with (Pharrell Williams), who have also been the subject of numerous plagiarism claims from different individuals, sent a friend request to my MySpace page from his music company’s page (as written about here), when he should not have known who I am either.
The reason they know is because they are in possession of an illegally made copy of my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog which they have been using in criminal violation of domestic and international law.

What kind of dog steals from a minority. You don’t get much lower in life than stealing from a minority. How is that something to be proud of. She is so pathetic. What kind of animal do you have to be to do something like that. What kind of loser consistently does something like this.
This nasty obsession with stealing from and harassing someone that expressed in no uncertain terms that they think you are horrible and disgraceful. Don’t you have any pride. You consistently shame yourself and your family with this. You are psychopathic. You’re a sick, demented old witch who is a real nut job.
It is the sickest thing I’ve ever seen in my life. How does someone get so messed up in the head that they do things like this and on a regular basis.
Unwanted Contact
Then there’s the unwanted contact. Madonna’s commissioned hacker sent me three vile, harassing emails last week, that have been traced back to the same IP address that keeps hacking into my computers where the Copyrighted Catalog has been stored.
Then there was her producer, Timbaland, sending a friend request to MySpace page a couple months ago, knowing they had committed criminal copyright infringement for her forthcoming “Hard Candy” CD.
Before that, it was a Warner Bros artist named Kyle sending me a harassing email.
Then there was a bizarre, threatening phone call to my unlisted number, about Anthony Pellicano, Madonna’s PI and that of her lawyer and former manager, containing taunting comments that they have the FBI in their back pocket and nothing is going to come of such cases.
If I were you, I wouldn’t be worried about the domestic scope of things, but the international legal angle. Robert Mueller can’t help you with that. Check the international legal rulebook.

After I stated on this site that she ripped off more of my copyrights again, she did an interview and lied, saying the new song “Incredible” that is a dead rip off of my song “Incredible Girl” which was copyrighted almost 2 YEARS BEFORE her rip off, is about having sex with her husband Guy Ritchie, when people in London knows he’s cheating on her and hates her.
Who are you really kidding. You further humiliated him in said interview and made him and yourself look stupid, when you stole a song that’s been in existence for 2 YEARS then claimed you wrote it about him.
That song isn’t about either one of you weirdoes. I wrote and copyrighted that song about me 2 YEARS AGO. It’s been on my web site for a year and a half on the lyrics, store and home pages.
MILLIONS of people have been to my sites according to irrefutable Traffic Facts data, blog stats and link referrals, and have seen the songs’ lyrics and heard the clips. Then here you come like a loser stealing it well AFTER ALL THOSE PEOPLE SAW AND HEARD IT.
How do you explain that some thing millions of people have seen and heard online that has been in the Copyright Office in Washington, DC, you ripped off 2 YEARS LATER!
Furthermore, look at the idiotic way she butchered my songs with those moronic, nonsensical, simpleton lyrics. Who writes like that. Your writing is so poor, one would think English is not your first language. At least then you’d have an excuse for writing in that manner.
The songs don’t even make sense anymore. The rip offs look like hodge podge madness that don’t go together. There is no way you have a 160 IQ as you publicly claimed, and ironically, you started saying this after I did about myself.
