FBI Sued In Madonna Case

FBI Director Robert S. Mueller
FBI Director Robert S. Mueller, the FBI and DOJ, have been sued in the Madonna human rights abuse case, under the Freedom of Information Act and the Civil Rights Act. To read the lawsuit click here.
Be sure to read the parts about her famous producers, friends, associates, staff members and Kabbalah members, contacting and approaching me on her behalf and the part about Kabbalah member Russell Davies’ sick misconduct in conjunction with her (press ctrl F and then type in his name Russell Davies). I will post a summary of the lawsuit shortly.
During the George W. Bush administration, I filed a Freedom of Information Act request with the FBI. First they lied in writing and stated there were no files. Then, when I pressed the issue some more with a written “appeal” of their decision, they stated in writing there are files and they are withholding them and I’d have to sue them to get it, so I did today.
The FBI has been withholding thousands of pages in files relating to the case and other items concerning me, in violation of the Freedom of Information Act.
Madonna
When Obama ran for President, he promised “Change” in America. He also promised “transparency” in government, something that was sorely lacking during the Bush years.
Therefore, it is in this vein that I filed the lawsuit. A rough draft of the lawsuit, along with a polite, respectful letter was sent to Obama on July 15. 2009, which the U.S. Postal Service confirms the White House has received.
It was a last resort, as Madonna’s conduct is endangering my very life, as the lawsuit details and the FBI’s criminal negligence and cover-up thereof, has caused me extensive damage as well. Madonna, through her staff, famous producers, associates and friends, keeps contacting me and harassing me.
Marcia G. Cook (center)
As many of you know, I sued Madonna/Sony in 2005 and the case was corrupted by her. It was thrown out without being read, by Miami Judge and George W. Bush appointee, Marcia G. Cook (the magistrate judge was Stephen Brown).
She is the same judge that violated the Constitution to aid Bush, who for the first time in U.S. history, held a man in prison for years, without charging him for a crime. 400 years of painstaking law was thrown out the window, marking a profound low in the Judiciary’s history.
Cook further stated the case, which involved assault and death threats against me was, “Amusing.” Yes, really. That’s the word she inexcusably used in her ruling, while stating pop stars could not have broken the law. She reminds me of verbally abusive, Judge Kent, who was recently impeached.
She threw it out, clearly without reading it, the same day she received it, according to the court’s case transfer sheet. My case was not the only one she had that day, as she had dozens. Therefore, she could not have possibly read the 60 pages of the lawsuit, 200 pages of evidence exhibits and Gigabytes of comparative data illustrating infringements.
In short, she committed fraud. People do not pay their taxes and court filing fees, for their cases not to be read and reviewed correctly. That spits in the taxpayers faces, who pay judges salaries and is a violation of the judicial canons.
She also stated something in her ruling, that was riddled with misspellings and misapplied law, that I was instructed to cut the case down to 50 pages, when I was told to cut it down to “60 pages” by her colleague, who was the judge that had the case first, Cecilia Altonaga.
Cecilia Altonaga
Madonna and her cohorts kept stealing items from my preexisting Copyrighted Catalog and Altonaga ignored the motion for an injunction to bar her from stealing anything else, which I thought was strange.
Then, she and the Defendants called me into court for a hearing in December 2005, where she basically treated me the victim, like a criminal and the lawbreaking Defendants’ lawyers, like royalty.
She even sarcastically told me to “Try state court” which is absolutely the wrong venue for a copyright case, as copyrights pertain to federal law and federal court. I’ve seen other copyright cases dismissed from state court with the court stating it is the wrong venue. I can’t imagine as a judge, Altonaga did not know this. I politely requested in a motion that she recuse herself.
She was acting in the Defendants’ best financial interest, not in the interest of justice and truth. Turns out, Altonaga’s child had been given stock in the Defendants’ company (Sony) and her husband works for the law firm, Holland and Knight as a partner and Sony is one of their biggest clients. That’s a multi-million dollar account. So they put food on her table and as such, she ruled in their favor.
R. Allen Stanford was arrested a few months ago for running a ponzi scheme
It’s this same sort of thing that allowed R. Allen Stanford to win a case in Miami he should not have. It’s a shame, as had integrity prevailed in the case years ago, when a man formally sued and accused him in court, of running a ponzi scheme, providing proof thereof, investors in America, Britain and the Caribbean, would have saved billions of their hardearned life savings.
This year it was revealed, the FBI also knew since 1998, what Stanford was doing in running a ponzi scheme, but kept silent, allowing it to continue, instead of arresting him and stopping the financial damages a decade ago, which grew to terrible proportions over the last 10 years.
The case against Stanford was dismissed and the innocent, truth telling Plaintiff, was ordered to pay that crook Stanford $300,000 in court costs and damages. Talk about corrupt. Read about it by clicking here. Stanford’s chief financial officer has now pled guilty, disclosing their criminal misconduct.
As stated above, Obama promised “change” and “transparency” in government. So, let’s see if things have changed regarding the government, court system and corporate America or if my rights will be corruptly violated again in court.
It will also be a bellwether to you, the business owner and the domestic/global investor, as to the true state of things in the corporate and court sector.
I filed the case in the appropriate jurisdiction, under the appropriate laws, it is formatted according to the rules of federal procedure and I have successful proved access and misconduct that are a proximate cause of the clear cut damages I sustained.
The case has been assigned to judge Jose Martinez. However, the magistrate judge providing oversight, is the same one from the 2005 Madonna case, judge Stephen Brown (18 magistrate judges and I get the same one again). However, once again, I’m going to act in good faith.
I will post all the details of the case as it transpires, every single aspect, on the Judiciary Report and its affiliated sites. I’m also asking you to forward the lawsuit link to as many people as possible, to create awareness about the case.
The more people that know about it, the less inclined those Hollywood Kabbalah loons should be, in continuing to harass and terrorize me.
Hollywood PI Anthony Pellicano Found Guilty
Private investigator to the stars and Colombo family Mafioso, Anthony Pellicano, has been found guilty on 76 of 77 counts of illegal wiretapping, identity theft, racketeering, wire fraud and conspiracy. The farce of a case netted a few other arrests, but many offenders were let go.
The FBI and the prosecution let the famous criminals in the case off, due to Robert Mueller being enamored with stars. The married head of the FBI is after all in love with an actress.
Once again, Mueller has proven he is incapable of being just, impartial and moral in legal matters…while the nation and world watched.
Robert Mueller
The next time you stand up and give some “you need to stop breaking the law” speech to the nation or go into a foreign country and lecture them on law and order, before you open your corrupt mouth, do remember all the evidence against stars that you sat on in the Pellicano case and shut up. Bite your tongue and keep silent with the knowledge that you are the worst hypocrite in the room and people know it.
Robert Mueller
People pointed the finger at different stars and lawyers in the Pellicano case, as having illegally wiretapped them and thrown the contents of their personal phone calls back in their faces, word for word as they previously stated it.
Britney Spears
Stars are still engaging in criminal misconduct in Hollywood using other private investigators. A few months ago, it was widely reported, Britney Spears, paid a private investigator to wiretap her ex-husband, Kevin Federline and mother, Lynne, during her recent child custody battle and threw it in their faces.
In my legal case, Madonna continues to illegally pay for the wiretapping of our lines and hacking of my computers, that has been witnessed by computer specialists and family members. Through a trace, it was discovered the hacking is being done by a hacker that is a computer worker with clear ties to her. The full details of that will be posted to the site shortly.
The problem is, I’ve paid people to improve the security of my computers, but the hacker she has hired consistently breaks through the firewalls due to the wiretapped phone line running into the modem. He is constantly sending me harassing emails as well, from the same IP in question constantly breaking into the computers.
A specialist also checked the phone line and said the symptoms are indicative of wiretapping. It also becomes apparent that people are eavesdropping on your calls when things you’ve said privately in confidence to your father, mother, friends, members of government and your attorney, days later end up in press releases and interviews, verbatim as you said it over the phone previously, but attributed to the crazy pop star paying for the invasion of privacy campaign. Many of us witnessed it and are taken aback.
That whole Kabbalah cult that is represented by Bert Fields believes in invasion of privacy. The other cult he legally represents, Scientology, had members indicted and imprisoned over illegal wiretapping as well. It is a sick way of life in Hollywood.
But there’s an old saying in the Bible that goes, “God is not mocked. A man reaps what he sows.” God will have the last word.
“Tires get slashed; computers get hacked; houses get broken into,” Mr. Saunders said. “And of course, people’s phones get wiretapped” — their “most intimate conversations” carried in real time directly to the “waiting ears of Mr. Pellicano and his well-paying clients.”
Pellicano Guilty in Wiretapping Case
The Hollywood private investigator, Anthony Pellicano was found guilty Thursday in federal court in Los Angeles of using wiretaps and other illegal tactics to gather information for rich and famous clients involved in divorces or legal disputes.
Mr. Pellicano, 64, was convicted of 76 of the 77 charges he faced.
After about two weeks of deliberations, the jury found Mr. Pellicano guilty of racketeering, racketeering conspiracy, wire fraud, identity theft, conspiracy to intercept or use wire communications and manufacture or possession of wiretapping device. He was acquitted of a single count of unauthorized computer access.

Public Opinion Of Madonna Very Negative
Photo of Arnold Schwarzenegger Madonna courtesy of Getty
The folks over at Radar magazine did a feature on what people are saying online about stars entitled, “We always thought of Madonna as old.” It didn’t go over well for actress Sarah Jessica Parker, with the most frequent internet tag for her being “horseface.”
The most frequent tag for Madonna on the internet is she is “old.” While, roughly 10 percent of what was said regarding Madonna was positive, the rest of the many terms were overwhelmingly negative and very disdainful. Public opinion has turned against her.
Since Warner Music and Madonna read this site regularly, according to site stats, I just thought I’d cheer them up by posting the top things being said about her online:

Madonna’s “Hard Candy” Receives Terrible Reviews
Madonna’s infringing CD “Hard Candy” has been the recipient of terrible reviews. The album really is quite poor and has seen the phony pop star butchering other people’s copyrighted works.
Many critics are now accusing her of ripping off others music and following trends well after they happened, when she falsely claims to be an innovator. No, she is the imitator and always has been.
In going over some of the songs on her “Hard Candy” CD I also heard other people’s lyrics on her album, not just mine. For example:
In one song she rips off R. Kelly stealing his lyric “Silence can seem so loud” from his big hit “I Believe I Can Fly.”
In another song she ripped off Ciara’s 2007’s smash “Promise” for her 2008 “Spanish Lesson” that appears on Hard Candy by lifting the following lyrics:
Ciara 2007: You can be my teacher I’ll do homework. You can give me extra credit baby I’ll do more work.
Madonna 2008: If you do your homework. Maybe I will give you more work.
Then there’s the 50 Cent rip off where she steals his song “Candy Shop” calling her own version “Candy Shop as well, whilst ripping off his lyrics.
She continually steals other people’s music, regurgitates substandard versions of it, claiming it as her own. She really knows how to mess up a song.
This type of conduct is unacceptable. Artists are supposed to bring something new to the table. Not rip off preexisting pieces of music and imagery, repackaging them as your own.
That’s the ultimate fraud. You don’t get worse as an artist than that. It tells the world you are a fake and not the real deal. No one respects that.
It’s funny, one reviewer points out she “ripped off” her own music via the infringing song “She’s Not Me” from “Hard Candy” that knocks off her previous infringing song “Sorry” from Confessions On A Dance Floor.
However, these are both tracks I had formally accused Madonna of infringing from my Copyrighted Catalog. That’s my writing style and the songs had been in the Copyright Office registered to me, years before she criminally stole them in violation of U.S. and U.N. law.
Tainted ‘Candy’
When trendsetting turns into trend-chasing, it’s time to hang it up.
Most surprising, some of Candy’s catchier moments are barely disguised thefts from other, better songs. She’s Not Me shamelessly apes Sorry from her own Dancefloor; Spanish Lesson steals so baldly from Timberlake’s Senorita and Like I Love You that it’s a wonder Madonna didn’t just sample those songs instead.
But perhaps Confessions was her swan song, a last best guess that left her sifting through sounds, searching in vain for that next groundbreaking, guaranteed hit.
Madonna’s ‘Hard Candy’ definitely not better with age
Madonna is known as one of those artists who jumps on the latest trends in music, only to leave it lying in the dust when she goes back into the studio to work on her next album. On “Hard Candy” the only thing that is offered up is lots of dancing, relationships and sex.
CD Review: Madonna “Hard Candy”
But with “Hard Candy,” Madonna plays catch-up with mainstream pop charts. She essentially has remade Nelly Furtado’s “Loose” and half of Justin Timberlake’s “FutureSex/LoveSounds,” following fashion trends that are 2 years old. Is this where Madonna wants to be?
Never mind the off-putting come-ons such as “My sugar is raw, sticky and sweet” from the opener, “Candy Shop,” or the nausea-inducing cover art redolent of down-market porn: Those are the least of Madonna’s problems. She banks everything on the catchy but vacant single, “4 Minutes,” in which Timbaland recycles the marching band trope that drove Gwen Stefani’s “Hollaback Girl.” With Timbaland and Timberlake in the foreground, Madge certainly doesn’t own the song; she is a bit player on her own track.
On “Hard Candy,” when she slags Madonnalikes such as Britney Spears and Furtado (“She’s Not Me”), the argument falls flat because these days, Madonna’s trying to be them.
CD reviews: Madonna’s ‘Hard Candy’ is more bland than sweet
Simply, one cannot imagine a major artist — and no matter how one feels about Madame Ciccone, she’s a star of the highest magnitude — releasing such tepid material.
“Hard Candy” feels and sounds like a desperate attempt to remain relevant, with Madonna enlisting the likes of Justin Timberlake, Timbaland, Pharrell Williams and Kanye West for support.
That’s sort of like enlisting Picasso and Van Gogh to paint a house.
What’s most apparent is that Madonna, at 49, has become what she must fear most: Irrelevant, boring and disposable.
— Regis Behe
Madonna’s hard sell for new album
Hard Candy is expected to make No.1 in the US and Australia in its first week and has been reviewed favourably in a number of overseas publications, but already there has been considerable negative press in her own country, most of it suggesting that the raunch, not to mention the music, is beginning to look a little tired.
http://www.theaustralian.news.com.au
It’s baffling that Madonna, of all people, couldn’t bring the best out of Timbaland and Pharrell, and the fact that she couldn’t highlights the degree to which she was in over her head. It’s sadder than the balding guy who buys a sports car; it’s like a balding guy who goes to buy a sports car and drives off with a lemon because he doesn’t know anything about cars. Unless Madonna can figure out how to recalibrate her identity in a way that compliments her, she could be facing an early retirement.
More sour than sweet
Madonna sounds out of touch on Hard Candy, her 11th album
It’s no secret Madonna is unhappy with the way time is ticking ever onward. But the cover of her new CD, Hard Candy, tells the story in a way that words cannot. There’s Madge, almost 50, in faux-bondage gear, trying to make like it’s 1992.
Make her think she’s invulnerable to the aging process, that she can keep up with the kids? She certainly tries, here. But that’s the problem — you can hear her trying…
For Madonna to get on the bandwagon at this late stage feels like a calculated (and belated) attempt to get some street cred…
The problem is Madonna. She sounds out of touch, like she’s not sure what to do with herself. Her trademark frigid coo doesn’t fit with these bump ‘n’ grind rhythms, and her usually harmless pop hooks repeatedly fall flat.
Hard Candy quickly loses its flavor
Madonna seems to have made the unfortunate mistake of letting other pop stars serve as her bellwether — instead of Britney looking to Madge for inspiration, Madge seems to have taken a page out of Britney’s latest book, taking half-a**ed sleaze over the seductive sounds that made her an icon in the ‘80s.
Still, you have to give her and her pop juggernaut friends credit — recycling pop music trends has to help curb the effects of global warming, right?

Madonna Falls Flat On Her Butt
A few weeks ago in the article I wrote that Madonna looks like she is struggling to keep up with Justin Timberlake on their duet “4 Minutes To Save The World.” She is a 50-year-old woman ungracefully trying to outdo a 20 something man. Bad idea.
It’s her fault and she is positively embarrassing herself. Stars like Meryl Streep, Harrison Ford and Tina Turner are still at the top of their game, hold their own with very young stars and do so with dignity. Oh, that’s right, they have talent.
But not Madonna. She started gyrating on Justin Timberlake during a show AND LITERALLY FELL FLAT ON HER BUTT:
Madonna’s Candy-Coated Surprise
There were a couple of glitches. Read on for those.
During “Hung Up,” one of only two older songs she performed in her seven-song set, the vocal track skipped a couple beats, which left her looking a little flustered.
Then at the end of that same song, Madonna fell on her butt. Even with all the energetic gyrations onstage, I’m pretty sure she didn’t mean to do that.

Madonna Plays Dumb Regarding Britney Spears
Spears Going Broke
In more “Madonna is being delusional” news. She has blamed Britney Spears’ terrible fall from grace on not having a childhood. Oh please, Michael Jackson didn’t have a childhood and he turned out just fine. Just kidding.
Seriously, it’s more Madonna got her involved in Kabbalah, forcing it upon her, where even the cult’s nutty management state you must be “over 40” to study what real scholars have deemed “madness” “gibberish” “fake” and “false teachings.”
Another set of web sites critical of the cult stated there is an old Jewish saying that Kabbalah should not be taught to anyone under 40 or they will go insane. Britney proved that. So did Lindsay Lohan who also flew off the rails and self-destructed. And let’s not even talk about Paris Hilton who went cuckoo in jail.
You’ve destroyed those girls lives and careers with that Kabbalah cult and I don’t think the public has seen the worst of it yet, but they should have known better than to get involved in it, as they were being asked to do some very sick things.
However, one shouldn’t go around destroying other people’s lives, because what goes around comes around.
She is so busy sticking her nose in younger people’s business and it’s not a good look. It makes her look like a meddlesome, perverted busybody with nothing better to do in her old age than hound young people.
Madonna: Britney Spears’ troubles down to lack of childhood
Madge said: “She never was allowed to have a childhood, she was a star when she was a child. She didn’t get to grow up and make mistakes privately. She’s been under a microscope since she was a teenager, which I think is really tough. It’s hard to evolve that way.”
Spears Going Broke
Many articles have surfaced stating Britney Spears is going broke. There is truth to some of them. Her finances are tapped out from years of heavy spending, massive property payments, unwise business decisions, cult donations and being fleeced. There is also mention of an IRS probe.
She should not have blown through that money in such a manner, as $100 million dollars is very difficult to replace, especially in the latter part of her career. After all her debts and various deductions for items owed to different entities, she has $10 million left, which can disappear overnight as well in extravagant Hollywood.
Young artists take a lesson – avoid cults and excessive spending.

Madonna’s Label Warner Music Suffers $37 Million In Losses
Warner Music Group Continues Its Descent
Too much plastic surgery. Madonna looks like someone ran a science experiment on her and it went wrong. A drag queen named Jackie Beat made an explicit diss song about Mariah and Madonna titled “Retouch My Body.” In it she said of Madonna “Just look at Madonna. In real life she looks like an ancient iguana.”
Observers noting Warner Music Group’s fluctuating stock price, which made two bizarre rallies this year, though sales were and continue to be significantly down, wondered out loud what was going on over there at the crooked label.
Singer Mariah Carey’s publicity stunt of a marriage stole Madonna’s thunder this week, as “Hard Candy” descends into obscurity with a massive second week sales drop of 70% on numbers that had already suffered a 70,000 copy fall off from her previous album.
Edgar Bronfman jr.
Warner Music is clearly hanging on by fraud. France already formally accused Edgar Bronfman jr. of a stock buy back scam with another company. Therefore, I wouldn’t put it past him. Warner Music investors are not protected and are being set up for a nasty fall.
Mariah Carey, 39, and second husband Nick Cannon, 27 (she’s outdone Madonna again, whose husband, Guy “Madonna destroyed my career” Ritchie, is 10 years younger than she)
Warner Music Second-Quarter Loss Widened on Taxes (Update2)
May 8 (Bloomberg) — Warner Music Group Corp., the world’s third-largest record company, reported a wider second-quarter loss as taxes increased and compact disc sales fell. The company suspended its quarterly dividend.
The net loss of $37 million, or 25 cents a share, compared with a loss of $27 million, or 19 cents, a year earlier, the New York-based company said today in a statement.
