R. Kelly Child Pornography Shown To Jurors

According to published reports, the jury in the R. Kelly child pornography trial, were shown the sick tape the singer made of himself having sex with a 13-year-old girl.
I have not seen the tape that was reportedly online and have no intention of doing so, I hope the jurors that have this week, are so disgusted they find him guilty, so he can be taken off the streets.

He has a severe problem with targeting underage girls and it has to stop. He could have his pick of many women, yet keeps choosing 12-15 year olds. Something is very wrong with him. It’s time to face the music.
He should not be on anyone’s radio or television. He should not be getting air or video play. He has shocked many with his terrible antics, yet the industry has embraced and celebrated a man that is harming children.

Clearly those around him are reasoning away his criminal conduct as well. How can this be a good thing. How can anyone in good conscience reward such behavior.
And what about his children? Is no one from the state checking on them. What’s been going on in his home?. The government needs to investigate, as according to reports, the illegal child pornography was made in his house.
Moreover, with the way kids in schools talk, certainly his children know what’s going on. What about their mental health and emotional well being.
The state is being very slow in addressing what could be a horrendous problem for his children and many other young girls he’s preyed on.
Several years ago Vibe magazine released an article stating they found quite a few of R. Kelly’s other underage victims. In the article they told of the long lasting psychological trauma they suffered after having engaged in sex with R. Kelly as pre-teens and teens, ranging in age from 12-15. They said he asked them to engage in various types of sex that mentally and emotionally scarred them for life.

One of the girls stated he enticed them with money and by promising them record deals. One of them stated the late R&B singer, Aailyah, who was 15-years-old when he illegally married her, by presenting a fake ID at the registrar’s office, seemed genuinely smitten with him. I think so too.

You could tell in her interviews that she was in love with him, but at age 15 no girl is in the right frame of mind to make sound decisions in the areas of marriage and love, though many often think so when they are that age.

A woman testified today that the female who appears in a sex video is her best friend from childhood who was 13 or 14 at the time the tape was made — and that the man in the tape is R&B superstar R. Kelly.
Simha Jamison, 24, said she met Kelly at a gym called Hoops when she was 12. Her friend, the allegedly underage girl, was about six months younger and already knew Kelly, calling him “Godfather.”

CHICAGO (AFP) — Jurors have been shown what US prosecutors called a “vile, disturbing, disgusting” video allegedly showing rhythm and blues superstar R. Kelly having sex with an underage girl.
The tape showed a man wearing a white T-shirt and red jogging pants sitting in front of the camera.
A girl walks in and the man presents her with an undisclosed amount of money. “Thank you” she says, and dances nude as the man urges, “Dance faster, baby,” to background music from the Backstreet Boys and the Spice Girls.
The couple also engage in various sex acts. Robert Kelly, 41, who has denied 14 charges of child pornography, watched the video with a studied stare on a small monitor at the defense table, conferring often with one of his attorneys.
Lead prosecutor Shauna Boliker alleged that Kelly was a “pornographer” and said he was the man in the video, having sex with a child.
“A child doesn’t choose to be violated and placed on a videotape, a videotape that will live on forever, long after this child becomes an adult,” she said.
“The case is laid out for you frame by ugly frame, frame by disgusting frame. You don’t have to put the pieces together because he already has done that for you,” she said.

According to press articles published this week, someone is shopping around a Britney Spears sex tape, filmed in Mexico, with then boyfriend, paparazzi, Adnan Ghalib. Oh dear, has Britney Spears found her very own Abu Ghraib. Just kidding.
Considering all the nasty, invasive stuff Britney got up to in the sick Kabbalah cult and how she threatened her own mother, via illegally obtaining through a private eye, her unlawfully wiretapped telephone conversations, this would be deserved.
However, as a matter of principle, as I’ve stated before, there ought to be a law barring people from shopping around these tapes. Violators should face jail time and substantial penalties.
It’s a violation of the other person’s rights when no consent is granted. Not to mention, they are downright tacky and unnecessary.

Britney Spears’ ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib is reportedly set to sell a sex tape that he shot with the pop star. Sources say the paparazzo and Spears’ made the tape while on vacation in Mexico.

NEW YORK (AP) — A woman accused of booking clients for a high-priced call girl ring pleaded guilty Wednesday to money laundering and promoting prostitution in the federal probe that brought down former Gov. Eliot Spitzer.
Temeka Rachelle Lewis, who worked as a booking agent for the Emperor’s Club VIP, is the first defendant to admit guilt in the case that led to Spitzer’s resignation.

Heidi Montag Confirms Existence Of Lauren Conrad Sex Tape
Heidi Montag, one of the stars of MTV’s reality show The Hills, confirmed on television last night that there is a sex tape featuring her co-star Lauren Conrad.
Montag stated, Conrad’s ex-boyfriend, the N-word using, drug abusing Jason Wahler, was trying to sell it. This has become a trend that needs to stop. It’s not cute and you’re turning yourself into something you and your children will regret down the road.
While it is a very serious crime to film someone without their permission in places and situations where privacy is to be expected, such as in a home, public bathroom or hotel room, to name a few, consensually making a sex tape with another person is not illegal.
However, there should be a law that a person cannot sell, show or disseminate in any fashion, a sex tape or nude photos, without the consent of the other party. People should face jail time for doing that. It would stem the flow of all these sex tapes coming out. A better solution would be to not make them.

While Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt never actually saw the alleged sex tape featuring The Hills Lauren Conrad and her ex-beau Jason Wahler, they insist that it did in fact exist at one point.

“It was not a rumor, that’s all I have to say,” said Montag during a pre-taped appearance on Tuesday’s broadcast of the syndicated The Tyra Banks Show. “From what I heard from confirmed sources is that her ex-boyfriend was going around trying to sell it.”

Madonna Stole “Express Yourself”
Further cementing her title as the greatest musical fraud in history, it has been revealed by a web site that Madonna’s stole not only the song “Express Yourself” but the music video it as well (SEE PHOTO COMPARISONS BELOW).
I stumbled upon a web site that posted a link in a message board thread, where all the users were complaining about what a thief Madonna is and they are correct, as I can attest to that firsthand.
When one’s career is based on stealing and defrauding others out of their copyrighted works, over and over again, forming a pattern that spanned one’s entire career, it says you are a fraud of the highest order.
To date there have been many very credible copyright infringement and plagiarism claims against Madonna for stealing (listed below).
Then, you look at her forthcoming CD, “Hard Candy” and once again, it is packed with copyright infringement. She stole the CD cover from Kylie Minogue. She stole the song “Candy Shop” from 50 Cent. Then she stole the songs “4 Minutes To Save The World,” “Incredible,” “Devil” and “Dance Tonight” from my released and unreleased work from my PREEXISTING Copyrighted Catalog that contains 10,000 songs, among other items.

When celebrity marriages go wrong it can get ugly – at least from a public perspective on the publicity side. A lot of terrible un-attributed quotes are presented as fact, when the public often truly does not know what is going on behind the scenes.
Infidelity often steps into the picture, as there is often a lot of temptation thrown famous people’s way that they sometimes do not say no to.
Famous women are usually more faithful than famous men. However, a few women have been caught in compromising situations that led to the demise of their marriages.

Tabloids love this. It creates a feeding frenzy that is often humiliating for the famous parties involved and their families as well.
Children are sometimes mocked at school over their parents’ sexual indiscretions. That can be very traumatic for a child and often there isn’t much that can be done to screen them from such situations.
One of the most high profile splits in recent celebrity history was actress Jennifer Aniston and actor Brad Pitt. News of it was everywhere, which could not have been great for the parties involved.

Pitt went to work on a film titled Mr. and Mrs. Smith, co-starring actress Angelina Jolie. Shortly after rumors began seeping out from the set of an affair. And of course, the press went into overdrive compounding Aniston’s grief. Jolie denied the allegations of infidelity with Pitt.
Hey, which woman really wants to go through something like that, but Pitt clearly was at fault. Can’t blame the woman cause you can’t keep it zipped. Same goes for women who cheat. You can’t blame the man in a case like that.
The issue of money always comes into play in these divorces. It’s the loss of one income in a household. Even if you pay alimony and child support, the household has still lost a great deal of its wealth.

In the case of newly separated basketball star Shaquille O’Neal and his estranged wife Shaunie, money is going to be an issue because of his tax bracket.

When Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt split, they were each thought to have a net worth of $100 million dollars. You know, Friends didn’t pay Aniston much, especially towards the end – something like $1 million per episode – wow she was broke (that was a joke).
They’d bought a home for $12.5 million dollars, then once the separation hit, put it on the market and sold it for 22.5 million. They also shared a production company called Plan B Entertainment that is responsible for several productions. Aniston transferred all interest in the company to him as apart of the divorce.

So, they had to separate the money and extricate each individual’s assets from the other to make a so-called clean break. Then he entered into a relationship with Angelina Jolie and her cute United Colors of Benetton family (ok, bad joke).
Beverly Hills born Jolie is also thought to be worth $100 million dollars (is that like the standard number for net worth or something? Is no one worth $101 million or $125 million dollars).
Pitt and Jolie’s relationship may terminate in the not too distant future. You never know, as dude has a wandering eye and keeps picking younger chicks every few years. And with baby Angelina Jolie, Megan Fox, hanging around…you never know.

As a general rule, I wouldn’t do that. I wouldn’t pick someone that looks that much younger than me as it would make me look that much older. I’m just saying. It’s free advice. Do with it what you will. All jokes aside, marriage requires commitment and when one or both parties let the other down it can get pretty sad.

After 14 years of marriage, they acrimoniously broke up, with news of financial problems hitting the press. The divorce went through, apparently uncontested, as Brown did not make an appearance in the case. Brown has since contested the divorce and requested alimony.
Divorce isn’t a walk in the park. It’s leaving someone you pledged your life to because they cheated or you cheated. This infidelity can be avoided, which is a good idea for the sake of all involved.

Reports have surfaced of former actress Lindsay Lohan’s alleged misconduct in rehab, namely having sex in one of the facility’s public bathroom stalls and using drugs. What is with her and these public bathrooms. A few months ago she was caught on tape doing drugs.
Lohan’s conduct is costing her millions of dollars and her career. A famous production studio head, in his professional estimation, rendered her uninsurable due to her antics. No insurance, no film roles.
Lohan has had many chances to change, but clearly believes her own hype regarding an industry that has moved on without her.

29th August 2007 12:30:01 – Lindsay Lohan has reportedly been caught taking drugs in rehab. The ‘Mean Girls’ star was allegedly forced to undergo a drugs test by staff at Utah’s Cirque Lodge facility, and the results came back positive.
Lindsay, 21, has now been warned if she does not stay clean she will be thrown out of the centre.
A source is quoted as saying: “Lindsay got called into the director’s office on August 15 and was questioned about drugs. When ordered to take a drug test, she reluctantly complied but screamed and cursed at the medical director before storming out the room. She was told that if she couldn’t conform to the programme she’d have to leave.”
According to reports it is not Lindsay’s first indiscretion since entering Cirque Lodge earlier this month.
She is said to have been caught having sex in a toilet cubicle with a male patient, and is reportedly frequently late to meetings and refuses to do any chores or menial tasks such as washing up.
