Two Bribe Taking Judges To Be Sentenced To Prison
Vernon Claville and Michael Walker
The FBI secretly wiretapped and recorded two crooked judges taking bribes in Louisiana. They were indicted, arrested and convicted on racketeering charges. Having been found guilty, they now face sentencing that will see them locked away on very serious bribery charges.
When judges accept bribes, they not only betray innocent victims, they betray justice as well. Not to mention, disgracing the judiciary in ways that can never truly be repaired. It is a terrible abuse of power.
Vernon Claville and Michael Walker
Judges who engage in such conduct never think of the consequences of their choices. What happens when bribe taking judges let criminals go who go on to finish what they started and murder victims they previously assaulted. It has happened.
One day, that type of conduct could maim or wipe out a future head of state or future inventor/scientist that finds cures to life threatening diseases. All because a dirty judge decided to take a bribe.
How would such a judge explain their conduct to their children, family, friends, historians and the public.
Judges remain jailed until sentencing
Despite defense attorneys pleading for their clients’ release, favorable testimony from nine witnesses and a relative’s willingness to move in with one of the convicted, Caddo Judges Vernon Claville and Michael Walker must stay in jail until sentencing Sept. 4…
Claville and Walker were ordered to jail Saturday and taken to the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Facility after a jury convicted them for accepting cash payments for reducing bonds and lifting holds. They were indicted last year after a nearly five-year investigation. Prosecutors say the pair took a total of 24 bribes between May 2007 and July.
The jury deliberated a day and a half before unanimously finding the two guilty as charged, and Hicks ordered them to jail pending Tuesday’s hearing.
Officials would not say where the judges ultimately will be held, citing concerns for their safety…
In efforts to keep Michael Walker and Claville in jail, an FBI agent testified that Travis McCullough, the government’s key witness during the trial, fears for his life as well as the lives of his family. McCullough was arrested July 12 on drug charges, but he agreed to testify against the judges in exchange for having the charges against him dismissed.
Private investigator to the stars and Colombo family Mafioso, Anthony Pellicano, has been found guilty on 76 of 77 counts of illegal wiretapping, identity theft, racketeering, wire fraud and conspiracy. The farce of a case netted a few other arrests, but many offenders were let go.
The FBI and the prosecution let the famous criminals in the case off, due to Robert Mueller being enamored with stars. The married head of the FBI is after all in love with an actress.
Once again, Mueller has proven he is incapable of being just, impartial and moral in legal matters…while the nation and world watched.
The next time you stand up and give some “you need to stop breaking the law” speech to the nation or go into a foreign country and lecture them on law and order, before you open your corrupt mouth, do remember all the evidence against stars that you sat on in the Pellicano case and shut up. Bite your tongue and keep silent with the knowledge that you are the worst hypocrite in the room and people know it.
People pointed the finger at different stars and lawyers in the Pellicano case, as having illegally wiretapped them and thrown the contents of their personal phone calls back in their faces, word for word as they previously stated it.
Stars are still engaging in criminal misconduct in Hollywood using other private investigators. A few months ago, it was widely reported, Britney Spears, paid a private investigator to wiretap her ex-husband, Kevin Federline and mother, Lynne, during her recent child custody battle and threw it in their faces.
In my legal case, Madonna continues to illegally pay for the wiretapping of our lines and hacking of my computers, that has been witnessed by computer specialists and family members. Through a trace, it was discovered the hacking is being done by a hacker that is a computer worker with clear ties to her. The full details of that will be posted to the site shortly.
The problem is, I’ve paid people to improve the security of my computers, but the hacker she has hired consistently breaks through the firewalls due to the wiretapped phone line running into the modem. He is constantly sending me harassing emails as well, from the same IP in question constantly breaking into the computers.
A specialist also checked the phone line and said the symptoms are indicative of wiretapping. It also becomes apparent that people are eavesdropping on your calls when things you’ve said privately in confidence to your father, mother, friends, members of government and your attorney, days later end up in press releases and interviews, verbatim as you said it over the phone previously, but attributed to the crazy pop star paying for the invasion of privacy campaign. Many of us witnessed it and are taken aback.
That whole Kabbalah cult that is represented by Bert Fields believes in invasion of privacy. The other cult he legally represents, Scientology, had members indicted and imprisoned over illegal wiretapping as well. It is a sick way of life in Hollywood.
But there’s an old saying in the Bible that goes, “God is not mocked. A man reaps what he sows.” God will have the last word.
“Tires get slashed; computers get hacked; houses get broken into,” Mr. Saunders said. “And of course, people’s phones get wiretapped” — their “most intimate conversations” carried in real time directly to the “waiting ears of Mr. Pellicano and his well-paying clients.”
Pellicano Guilty in Wiretapping Case
The Hollywood private investigator, Anthony Pellicano was found guilty Thursday in federal court in Los Angeles of using wiretaps and other illegal tactics to gather information for rich and famous clients involved in divorces or legal disputes.
Mr. Pellicano, 64, was convicted of 76 of the 77 charges he faced.
After about two weeks of deliberations, the jury found Mr. Pellicano guilty of racketeering, racketeering conspiracy, wire fraud, identity theft, conspiracy to intercept or use wire communications and manufacture or possession of wiretapping device. He was acquitted of a single count of unauthorized computer access.

Judge Denies R. Kelly’s Motion For A Continuance
A judge has denied R Kelly’s request for another continuance in delaying trial in his child pornography case that has gone on for 6 years.
The only reason he has been able to stay free for this long and further victimize others, is because of his money. The average joe that engaged in such conduct would have been locked up long ago. It is a disgrace and an embarrassment on the justice system that he has been able to flout prison for this long.
Another witness has come forward stating she had underage sex with R. Kelly in a threesome featuring another 15-year-old girl.
It is clear R. Kelly needs help. He should not be free, as time has shown since the late singer, Aaliyah, that he continues to victimize young girls. He illegally married Aaliyah by giving her a fake ID, when she was15 and he 28.
It is not gossip, but a matter of public record in the cities of Chicago and Detroit. That’s all I needed to know, as that shows a pattern of sexually victimizing young girls.
If your mother were alive, Mr. Kelly, what would she say to your conduct, where there is overwhelming evidence pointing to your guilt. She wouldn’t be proud, that’s for sure. She’d probably cry her eyes out.
You need to do the right thing. You need to admit what you’ve done, pay your debt to society in jail and get treatment, as this madness cannot continue.
It is my prayer that if the judge and jury don’t bring you to justice, God will. You cannot go on victimizing people’s kids like this.
This case should not be about protecting a star, a fallen star might I add. It should be about protecting the kids.
Kelly Aide Bribed Witness?
An assistant allegedly working on behalf of troubled R. Kelly has been accused of bribing a witness in the R&B star’s underage sex case…
However, in a new twist in the case, a female witness from Atlanta, Georgia claims she was approached by the star’s aide to hand over a potentially incriminating video tape of Kelly that she owned, in exchange for a hefty pay off.
U.S. newspaper the Chicago Sun-Times reports the tape shows the woman indulging in a three-way sex session with Kelly and the alleged underage victim at the centre of the case.
The assistant is also alleged to have made the offer to the unnamed lady to prevent her testifying against Kelly in his upcoming trial.
But the reported deal has apparently backfired on the aide – the woman has agreed to take to the stand to help the prosecution’s case.

Second Fashion House Accused Of Bribery
February 15. 2008
Lawbreaking troublemaker Madonna has gotten UNICEF employees in trouble via that publicity stunt she called a charity event, which sought to improperly use the United Nations’ name without authorization.
She is so destructive. Nothing good ever comes from her.
Madonna’s so called charities affiliated with the Kabbalah cult have very dubious histories. They are notorious for spending huge sums of money on salary for Kabbalah cult members (in the six figures) and very little on actual charity work (in the four figures). She is listed as an employee of each of the charities.
The PR firm attached to the event is also in trouble with the State of New York. It’s ironic, just last week I asked if that animal Madonna was trying to bribe the U.N. in light of the fact that she’s broken more of their laws than any civilian in history.
This week, it has been revealed the firm that handled Madonna’s phony charity event, has been formally accused of bribery, hence the State of New York investigation.
UNICEF/Madonna Fundraiser Mired in Controversy
Thursday, February 14, 2008 10:40 AM – Madonna’s recent controversial fundraiser for UNICEF (the United Nations Children’s Emergency Fund) has taken a new twist.
The public relations firm which ran the extravaganza, is under investigation by the state of New York….
United Nations sources tell NewsMax that the event and its administration violated numerous United Nations rules and regulations.
The blame for what is now termed a fiasco, has been placed on several U.N. officials including Ann Veneman (UNICEF chief), Alicia Barcena Ibarra (under secretary-general for management) and Ahmad Fawzi (director radio-TV operations).
There is talk inside UNICEF that Veneman, a former U.S. secretary of agriculture who was appointed in 2005, may not serve her full five-year term.
U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon was so upset about the administration of the fundraiser that he canceled his appearance at the event and left New York City early for a visit to Chicago.
Now, the public relations firm KCD International, retained by Gucci to administer the UNICEF bash, is under a formal investigation by New York State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo. In an complaint released a day after the UNICEF event, Cuomo alleges that Mark Jacobs International, a New York City fashion house, repeatedly bribed the superintendent of the 69th Regiment Armory, James Jackson, for use of the Armory.
The Mark Jacobs’ public relations firm, like Gucci/UNICEF, is KCD International. As in the Gucci/UNICEF case, KCD was looking for unusual, high profile locations to host its events. Cuomo alleges that the bribes paid to Jackson by Jacobs were laundered through KCD. http://www.newsmax.com
In other Mad-onna news, critics are “savaging” the so called film she allegedly directed. Based on what’s been posted online, it sounds like a nonsensical, twisted, convoluted mess.
But time will tell whether she stole this one or not, as that’s clearly the only thing she is good for in light of the fact that she’s stolen so many songs and films from different people all over the globe that later sued her for it. She is such a fraud.
Daily Mail complied quotes:
Screen International’s Jonathan Romney: “While Filth And Wisdom may not quite inhabit the same Hall of Shame as Shanghai Surprise, Body Of Evidence and (God save us) Swept Away, it’s likely to be forgotten as quickly as most of them.” He did go on, however, to declare it “no better or worse than the average creaky low-budget Britflick”.
The Evening Standard’s Derek Malcolm: “Madonna has far to go before she can breathe the same air as Godard, Pasolini, Fellini and Visconti, whom she insists she admires in a director’s statement in which two of the four are misspelt.”
The Guardian’s Peter Bradshaw wrote that the script is a “night-mare of crass and fatuous stereotypes” and “despite living in Britain for many years, she only has the sketchiest notion of what the place is like. Madonna has been a terrible actor in many, many films and now – fiercely aspirational as ever – she has graduated to being a terrible director.”
The Hollywood Reporter’s Ray Bennett described the film as “ragged and uneven” with some “dire dialogue and performances.”
Germany’s Die Tageszeitung announced: “Madonna can’t act, and now we know that she can’t direct either … Every plotline in the film is meaningless, and all the actors are rather bad.”
Die Welt added: “Time and again she thrusts herself on to the big screen, and each time she is spurned and ridiculed by audiences and critics alike.”

September 20. 2007
It has been five years since the discovery of evidence pointing to his penchant for sex with underage girls. Since that time many others came forward to Vibe magazine testifying of their relationships with him as well, in which he promised them recording contracts and fame.
What they got was underage sex and emotional and psychological issues that have stayed with them to this day. The girls ranged in age from 13 to 15 years old.
And let’s not forget, to me what is the worse piece of evidence, R. Kelly was married to late R&B singer Aaliyah, when she was all of 15 and he was 28. That’s all I needed to know.
It was alleged in Vibe magazine that he obtained a fake Illinois ID for her when she was 15, that stated she was 18, and they wed in a Chicago registrars office.
A year later, her parents had the marriage annulled via a Detroit judge. His name was mentioned in the article. Both the marriage and annulment are in Chicago and Detroit court records respectively.
The album Age Ain’t Nothing But A Number, written and produced by R Kelly, was clearly what he was thinking regarding a then 15 year old Aaliyah
I always wonder why he wasn’t jailed then, as her father expressed that he was furious with R Kelly. He wouldn’t directly say why, but the Vibe article printed the marriage certificate and the information regarding the annulment. Therefore, you can pretty much guess why.
I remember years ago when Aailyah’s career had just started, R Kelly through a publicist announced the formation of his new label, Blackground Records.
After the scandal with Aaliyah, all people heard was the label was now Aaliyah’s uncle’s, staffed by their family members. Was that apart of a settlement, as it was introduced as being wholly owned by R Kelly and operated as such for over a year.
He should have been brought to justice then, as his conduct qualifies as statutory rape because she was 15 years old. And guess what happened? No charges were filed, they allowed him to remain free, then years later, a video tape surfaces, allegedly of R Kelly having sex with another 15 year old girl. Clearly a habit.
R Kelly has denied it is him on the tape, even inexcusably trying to state it is his brother. While I haven’t seen the tape and do not wish to, I have seen a photo of R Kelly’s brother online and they don’t look alike.
His brother is furious that R Kelly tried to pass the buck to him, as he himself has children and the accusation has caused him much embarrassment. His brother said in an article:
“Why are people feeling sorry for [R.]?” Carey asked. “Saying that the girl’s lying and that’s why he caught the case? He caught the case because that’s God’s way of waking him up. What you put out there comes back. It’s called karma. But I’m not trying to say anything that’s going to put him behind bars. I just wish that people that supposedly love him really reach out to him and say, ‘You need help, man.’ He’s sick and he needs help…”Chief among them, Carey says R. offered him $50,000, a record deal and a house if he would perjure himself on the witness stand.” – MTV
R&B star R. Kelly is reportedly at the center of another scandal, after claims from his troubled younger brother the singer has had sex with minors, beats his wife, has molested his nieces and has had physical relations with men. Carey Kelly launched the extraordinary attack in a low-budget DVD, which has since been leaked on the internet.
On it he claims his brother was so proud of a sex tape depicting him having intercourse with an underage girl, he held a special screening of it on his tour bus.
The sibling also contends R. Kelly offered him $50,000 and a lucrative record deal to hand himself over to police as the star of the video, so the Ignition hitmaker escaped charges. http://www.starpulse.com/news
Further damning evidence surfaced via R Kelly selling his Chicago home, with someone releasing pictures of the house, in it was a room in the property that matches the one on the illegally made tape of the 15 year old girl he was having sex with.
There is sufficient evidence to illustrate that R Kelly has a problem, a penchant for underage girls, who he is clearly a danger to, which renders him a danger to the community for that reason.
But what did we do? He was rewarded with numerous additional platinum albums, multiple tours and rave reviews for his music.
He’s going out on tour again, where it was alleged in the past, people in his camp would sneak underage girls backstage for him. It is my sincere prayer that he will be watched on this tour, to protect someone else’s innocent child from losing their innocence.
This cannot be allowed to continue. This needn’t happen again. They need to get R Kelly off the streets and into treatment.
I think if you commit certain crimes in life, you should automatically lose your career, especially if it has some form of a public podium attached to it.
While, God can forgive him, He also condones the use of the court system to bring lawbreakers to justice and pay their debts to society.
This isn’t a case of someone going around robbing banks. That money can be replaced. What he is doing to these underage girls cannot be undone. One can only pray they recover, as it is a terrible trauma.
This attitude from some, not all, of, “Oh, we have to support our black brother” or making excuses for his conduct because he is famous, isn’t going to fly. Bet you won’t want to support him if he catches your 13 year old daughter.
R. Kelly trial delayed until ’08
CHILD PORN CASE | Lawyer bickering may be the reason
September 5, 2007 – The trial of R&B superstar R. Kelly seemed as far off as ever Tuesday, as a Cook County judge announced yet another delay in the five-year-old case.
Kelly, 40, had been scheduled to go on trial Sept. 17 on child pornography charges. But Judge Vincent Gaughan said in court Tuesday it would be postponed.
“We are not going to be going to trial the 17th of September,” Gaughan said, without explaining why not.
Shauna Boliker, the lead prosecutor on the case, gave birth to a son last week. In an e-mail to reporters, Gaughan’s media liaison Terry Sullivan said Boliker “is not able to proceed at this time” because of “doctor’s orders.”
But other sources attributed the latest delay to lawyers’ wrangling over expert witnesses the prosecutors want to call.
Prosecutors charged Kelly in 2002 with making a 26-minute videotape in which he appears to be having sex with an underage girl. Kelly pleaded not guilty. The girl, allegedly 14 on the tape, is now 22 and has denied she is the one who appears.
The case has been plagued by delays from the beginning, with the defense and prosecution blaming each other. Then, in July 2006, Gaughan suffered injuries after falling from a ladder at his Chicago home. When he returned, Gaughan presided over the trial of now-convicted Brown’s Chicken killer Juan Luna.
A law enforcement source said the R. Kelly case will not go to trial until the spring of 2008 — after the trial of accused Brown’s Chicken killer James Degorski, Luna’s alleged accomplice. On Tuesday, Gaughan set a Feb. 13, 2008, trial date for Degorski.

Old Dog Up To Her Old Tricks Again
August 15, 2007
A few months ago an English newspaper flat out alleged that Madonna “bribed” a Malawi official regarding her
victim son’s adoption. It is being implied again in a second incident regarding another official.
She really is such trash. A low class degenerate that believes lying, cheating and stealing is the way to get what you want in life. It is quite pathetic and shows an undeniable pattern of corruption.
She can’t sing, dance or act and is going through life buying people off. I never thought she was a good businesswoman in the manner she loves to spin in the press. Good businesspeople don’t buy off others, nor do they steal other people’s property click here and here. She has no respect for the law, which is the hallmark of a criminal.
The woman is Satan incarnate. She is an evil, vile, sick human being. She is also a bodybuilder pretending to be a singer in spite of the very important fact that she can’t sing.
Banda adoption hits snag
Madonna’s attempts to adopt David Banda have hit a snag. The Malawi News reported on Sunday that Minister of Women and Child Development Kate Kainja refused to allow a court-appointed official to travel to the UK to assess the suitability of Madonna and her husband, Guy Ritchie. The weekly said Kainja had accused the official of obtaining an air ticket and money from the singer without government approval.

Two judges and a lawyer are facing prison time on bribery charges. More proof that there is corruption in the judiciary and people actively taking bribes. The judges’ bribes were given in the form of loans that were quietly granted then repaid on their behalves.
There are so many ways to bribe a judge, all of them shameful. It is a real disgrace. Some have no pride in their jobs, who they represent or who they affect with their misdeeds. It is a betrayal of public trust that keeps cropping up. That says that there is a problem.
The government seldom wants to talk about it, but it is a real problem that is rampant in the judicial system. Judges are abusing the system and innocent litigants, also known as taxpayers, for money, stocks, other forms of financial advancement and sexual favors.
While some crooked judges and lawyers have been caught, there are many more on the bench and in the bar association that need to be brought to justice for the sake of the citizens of this country and the Judiciary’s name.
There is something very shameful about bribing people and illegally soliciting payment on the bench. It doesn’t make one smart, shrewd or clever. There’s no honor in that. What it says is something awful about you, your character or rather lack thereof, classing you with the worst of mankind:
Judicial bribery sentences expected to be lengthy
Minor, Teel, Whitfield still waiting
By ANITA LEE
JACKSON –U.S. District Court Judge Henry T. Wingate plans to sentence attorney Paul Minor and two former state court judges convicted of bribery and fraud to longer prison terms than they had hoped.
Decisions Wingate made at a hearing that recessed Friday afternoon mean 61-year-old Minor, who faces the stiffest sentence, could spend 12 years in prison rather than the three to four years he had hoped, his attorney, Abbe Lowell, told the judge. No date has been set to conclude sentencing, but Wingate hopes to reconvene next week if attorneys’ schedules permit. He could sentence Minor to up to 95 years…
Minor and the judges contended at both trials that the multimillionaire attorney was simply trying to help friends when he secured $140,000 in loans for Whitfield and $25,000 for Teel in 1998, made cash payments on the loans and eventually repaid them through intermediaries because the judges were financially strapped.
Whitfield said during the initial interview that he was approached by Minor at a social function when the loans were in place. Minor talked about one of his cases, saying it was worth $4 million to $5 million, Whitfield told investigators. Attorneys are not supposed to approach judges outside the legal system’s boundaries to talk about cases.
Whitfield later awarded Minor’s client in the case $3.6 million. Though Whitfield never admitted, in the interview or in court, that Minor’s actions influenced his decision, but the jury found him guilty of accepting a bribe.

Another crooked bribe taking judge has been uncovered. While this is good news, the bad news is, many of them are still left on the bench in the Judiciary, perverting justice everyday court is in session, at innocent citizens’ expense.
It’s amazing, some are born into this world and do such good with their podiums. Some work hard and find the cures to diseases – something I’ve always thought a lofty and desirable goal. Others work to broker world peace and to better the lives of fellow citizens.
Then there are those who use their platform for self-interest and corruption. That’s not the way to be in life, as it has its consequences. You may get ahead for a while, but God always brings it back around to you.
Judge Gross Admits Money Laundering, Conspiracy – Posted on Monday, 16 of July, 2007 at 7:02 pm. Former Nassau County District Court Judge David Gross, indicted last fall on federal money laundering and conspiracy charges, has pleaded guilty and faces more than 20 years in prison when he’s sentenced on Oct. 26.
Gross was arrested in August 2005 as the result of an FBI sting operation which targeted individuals involved in organized crime and gambling. He admitted to conspiring to launder more than $400,000.

It has happened many times in the court system that dirty judges have been given $100,000 or more in stock or cash to discretely throw out or rule against cases.
Some judges have let murders walk for that figure. Talk about blood money. There was a documented case just like that in Chicago.
$100,000 is the going rate in big cases (federal level) and $5,000 to $20,000 in smaller ones. These are serious federal crimes and heinous breaches of public trust.
The other favorite is discretely passing bound cash from a lawyer’s jacket pocket to the judge in chambers. People have written about and exposed this dirty practice online. Some lawyers and litigants have let the cat out the bag.
To miscreants the courthouse is a safe environment to engage in bribery, as who is really going to search a judge in a courtroom or in their chambers to catch them red handed in that venue.
The way some employees fear and fawn over judges, like they are waking on eggshells before dictators, which is really noticeable and pitiable, they wouldn’t dare touch the judge’s things in chambers. Still, there’s courtesy and respect…then there’s just plain old butt kissing.
$100,000 isn’t so difficult to discretely spend over a few months without getting caught. With the cost of living now, you can easily spend that on gas alone (a little humor).
Seriously, a judge on vacation can easily drop $10,000 in cash in a matter of days. Buying gifts, jewelry and other non-ostentatious antiques in cash. None would be the wiser. Dining at expensive restaurants at $400 a pop (expensive liquor – certain labels can cost hundreds, even thousands of dollars).
If a judge bought clothes weekly or bi-weekly in cash, most wouldn’t think anything of it, as many people buy clothes cash at times. It’s easy to drop thousands a month doing that with discreet purchases in different stores.
If a judge discretely bought a $500 dollar piece of jewelry in cash monthly or bi-monthly, over the course of a few months at different stores, none would suspect anything was wrong, and thousands would quietly be spent, turned into clean assets.
Over 5-6 months, one can clean $6,000 or more in cash in that manner. The vendors don’t have to know that it’s a judge and it’s not a crime buying things in cash (unless you’re laundering money). Most people only know what judges on TV look like and couldn’t spot the rest from Adam in a public setting.
For many, spending $500 on a watch, necklace, bracelet or ring isn’t a staggering amount of cash. Many would think it’s a tourist or a private citizen. Thousands can quickly vanish that way.
One could also pay utility bills in cash at many outlets or have a housekeeper undertake the task while running errands.
Other means of cleaning judicial bribe money:
A quietly purchased, moderate sized boat in a private deal with a private citizen.
A quietly purchased, moderate sized motor home in a private deal with a private citizen.
Buying luxury food items such as Dom Perignon, caviar, lobster, truffles and multiple $30 cuts of beef at the supermarket. One can run up hundreds per week in this manner, and $1,0000 to $2,0000 per month and who’d really be watching. Most people just want to pick up their own stuff and get through the line. There are supermarkets that stock these items everyday, especially in affluent neighborhoods.
Slipping money to relatives: a thousand here, a thousand there. $10,000 can disappear in months in this manner.
Many people have normal sized safes in their homes to protect their valuables (not the flamboyant, ornate, imposing Hollywood ones used in films with laser beams shooting around it).
The government doesn’t have to know about these purchases, as the money does not go through dirty judges’ bank accounts.
Some stocks are also passed to the dirty judge’s children and other relatives, just in case a nosy, defrauded litigant decides to run a check on the judge’s financial holdings…at home and abroad.
