An individual has been arrested for breaking Democratic candidate Barack Obama’s campaign window. Hillary, girl, was that you! Just kidding.
Actually, it was a man that committed the act of vandalism. Come to think of it, that still could be Hillary, anyway. Just kidding again.
Indianapolis man arrested after breaking window at Obama’s office
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Police say the man who broke the window at Democratic Presidential Candidate Barack Obama’s office is now behind bars.
Metro Police arrested the Indianapolis man outside Senator Barack Obama’s Campaign office downtown. The suspect admitted he vandalized the Senator’s office when volunteers were inside.

In a very sad story, a group of 6 high school cheerleaders in Orlando, Florida, savagely beat a fellow female student to the point she suffered a concussion, loss of vision in one eye and loss of hearing in one ear.
One of the students lured her to a house, that unbeknownst to her, contained fellow classmates waiting to ambush her. They videotaped each other taking turns beating her up. Two male students stood as lookouts outside the property.
Her crime you ask? She exercised her constitutional right to free speech and said something about them they didn’t like.
When the authorities found her, she was covered in bruises after being beaten for 30 minutes, while the depraved students videotaped the attack to put it online at YouTube.
The entire incident is absolutely appalling. The prosecutor referred to it as “a pack mentality” and that it is. It also reeks of cowardice.
Why did it require 6 people to beat up 1 defenseless girl, who from the photos, appears to have been trying to shield herself and not fighting back. Why did they think that was the way to treat another human being.
The young women that perpetrated these misdeeds need serious help. They could have killed her. Not only were their deeds cowardly it was psychopathic.
The prosecutor in the case seeks to try them as adults and I think he is correct. They’ve permanently changed a young girl’s life and ought to lose their freedom in exchange.
They all need to be evaluated by psychologists as well, as they clearly pose a risk to the public to plan then carry out something so barbaric.
Wasn’t there a movie like this. I saw a movie trailer on TV similar to this, but I didn’t watch the film, about a group of violent cheerleaders.
Cheerleaders Pummel Girl For 30 Minutes In ‘Animalistic’ Ambush Attack, Police Say
Sheriff: ‘Shocking, I’ve Never Seen Anything Like It’
POLK COUNTY, Fla. — Six teen girls lured a former friend to a home and ambushed her, taking turns pounding on her face and body for 30 minutes until she was unconscious as someone videotaped the violence, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
“Shocking, I’ve never seen anything like it,” Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said. “They seem to have absolutely no remorse at all. I don’t understand the sheer violence.”
Investigators said the victim apparently posted something against the six girls on MySpace before she was lured to the home by a phone call from teen Mercedes Nichols.
The girl was taken to a hospital by ambulance and treated for a concussion, damage to her left eye and left ear, and numerous bruises, the report said.
The girl can no longer see well out of one eye and hear from one ear, Local 6 reported.

Singer/Songwriter Ne-Yo Arrested
February 26. 2008
Singer-songwriter Ne-yo was arrested on reckless driving, speeding (100 MPH) and driving without a valid license charges.
Typical of celebrities that think the law doesn’t apply to them, Ne-yo saw it fit to endanger the public with his conduct.
Driving is a privilege, not a right. When you get on the road in a reckless and or intoxicated state, deliberately doing so in violation of the law, you not only take your fate in your hands, but that of other motorists as well.

Bush: they want to what?!
Cheney: just try it and I’ll have the army up there faster than you can say Halliburton
The American town of Brattleboro want Bush and Cheney’s head on a platter, so much so, they are voting on whether or not to indict them (LOL). Do they see how upset they’ve made the nation.
sidebar: citizens are so angry over what’s happened with the war and the U.S. economy that they’ve taken to pejoratively referring to the President and VP online as “di*k and bush.”
“Brattleboro to vote on arresting Bush, Cheney”
January 26, 2008 – BRATTLEBORO — Brattleboro residents will vote at town meeting on whether President George Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney should be indicted and arrested for war crimes, perjury or obstruction of justice if they ever step foot in Vermont.
The Brattleboro Select Board voted 3-2 Friday to put the controversial item on the Town Meeting Day warning.

The D.E.A. and A.T.F. are cracking down on rappers like they’re black. Ok yea, they are black, but that’s not the point. A few months ago the A.T.F. moved in on rapper TI, arresting him on drug and gun charges. They raided his mansion like it was a crack house.
This week it’s Lil’ Wayne’s turn. The D.E.A. raided his tour bus like it was a crack house. The only problem is, Lil’ Wayne had a Lil’ drugs on board, “105 grams (3.7 ounces) of marijuana, 29 grams (1 ounce) of cocaine, 41 grams (1.45 ounces) of ecstasy and more than $22,000″ to be exact. This is his third drug related arrest.
When the government says “Say No To Drugs”…they mean it! The D.E.A. now stands for Don’t Even Ask for probation. Just kidding.
Seriously, poor Wayne. It’s time for rehab. Drugs are not worth your freedom or your life. It’s definitely something you can overcome.

TI to the Feds: “You Don’t Know Me”
Feds To TI: Um, Yes We Do Negro
Top Warner Bros Artist Arrested On Serious Gun Charges

TI And His Alter Ego Tip – Both Of Them Are Gonna Do The Time If The Feds Get Their Way
“I ain’t worried about the Feds investigation on me. I don’t care that they’re at my shows and they’re waiting on me”- TI’s You Don’t Know Me (2006)
…And I’m sure this lyric didn’t help either: “Rubber band man, wild as the Taliban, 9 in my right, 45 in my other hand “ – TI’s Rubber Band Man (2005)
“Say Hello To My Little Friend”: The Fed’s press conference regarding TI’s arrest displays his Scarface-esque cache of weaponry
And in the Negro No News this week, rapper TI was KO’d by the Feds on illegal gun possession charges. Um, remember that article I did back on June 21, 2007 titled, “TI Told No On House Purchase”…well, he did go ahead and buy another house…that the Feds raided a few days ago.
Busted the windows in and everything. Karate kicked the front door and found an arsenal of unlicensed weapons belonging to the rapper. It was a real Negro No moment.
It’s clear as day that the Feds were watching him for some time and now hope to give him some time. Just like they watched Tupac and we all know how that one ended.
TI is going with the newly spun defense that the guns belong to his bodyguards who live with him in his home, hence the presence of the heavy weaponry in his house. Hey, if you can sell them on that one more power to you (I’m just playing).
Me personally, I would go with the “Dick Cheney asked me to hold them for him” defense, so that means I have to get the Scooter Libby Special A/K/A an unmerited presidential pardon. But that’s just me.
They were waiting on TI to mess up and they found that ticket via his bodyguard, who had been allegedly buying weapons for the former felon turned rapper. For my international readers, there is a law in America that states a former felon cannot own weapons.
People are talking about a 10-13 year jail stretch for the charges he has been brought up on. Seems a bit severe. While it is the law and you have to respect it as such, to put someone in jail for that long on this type of offense, where no one was threatened, assaulted or killed, is heavy handed.
A Question For TI: why didn’t you leave that mentality behind. The mere fact that the guns were allegedly bought for you says maybe you knew you couldn’t own them legally. While I know you are a rapper and many rappers love guns, and you are also one whose life has been seriously threatened, I am sorry you didn’t get proper security and let them pack heat instead of you.
For years I have been writing on this site that when an artist or actor reaches a certain level they must leave certain people and influences behind. You have to keep your hands clean (famous or not).
This story is truly sad. To come from the adversity he did, get his life together and then fall prey to something like this is regrettable. What makes it worse is he has several kids that could lose him to jail for a long time.
TI’s girlfriend, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, of the R&B group Xscape, was arrested as well, charged with marijuana and Ecstasy possession. Considering sites are reporting she is pregnant again, please tell me she is not taking those things. That is not only harmful to your health, but that of an unborn child.

Correction: FBI Agent Offers Woman A Punch
FBI Agent Threatens To Punch Girlfriend In The Face, Pulls Her Around Apartment By Her Hair And Holds Her Hostage
September 14. 2007
FBI agent Carl “Ike Turner” Spicocchi (Photo: Dave Zapotosky)
Boy, the B in FBI must stand for beatdown. An FBI agent, Carl L. Spicocchi, that headed up the Toledo, Ohio field office, beat up his girlfriend, dragged her around his luxury apartment by her hair, then locked her in a closet for several hours against her will.
Ok yea, that’ll make her stay…not! Way to show her she would make the right choice by staying with you. Poor woman must have feared for her life.
Why does it seem like the FBI breaks the law more than it abides by it (Patriot Act abuses and numerous other incidents). Why does it seem like the FBI commits more crimes than it solves.
Recently, another FBI agent was charged on three misdemeanor counts of masturbating in the women’s bathroom of a university. Another agent is in trouble for framing a man for a crime he did not commit for which he spent 14 years in prison. Another agent is under investigation for deliberately bumping a university student with his car.
Then there are the firearms mishaps. Recently there have been several. An agent was killed at Quantico during a training mishap. Another was killed during a bank robbery stakeout by another agent who accidentally shot him. Then there’s the headline in today’s news about a man suing the FBI over an agent shooting him in the back while he was cuffed and face down.
Then there was the incident in Puerto Rico a few months ago where witnesses attested the man the FBI went to the island regarding, roughed up and pushed journalists out the way over, even inexplicably spraying the writers with mace, did not resist arrest, held his hands up surrendering, but was shot multiple times and killed anyway.
Then there are all these news stories about even more Patriot Act abuses – with not only the FBI requesting data for citizens’ calls, but the records of the people they phone as well and vice versa (friends, family, business associates ect).
Other credible stories abound of the FBI serving people exigent letters, ordering them to turn over all the information they have on someone and to shut up about it, even though the recipient suspects the request is improper and illegal.
Even in this recent battery case, the FBI agent threatened his girlfriend that he was keeping a file on her with the intent of ruining her if she left him, no doubt gathered using federally taught techniques, paid for by your tax dollars.
What are people to think when they read damaging, credible articles like these in the press every other day. It’s like the FBI has become a rogue, clandestine agency not answerable to Congress or the people. What’s the term I’m looking for again, ah, yes, secret police.
“For nearly six hours, a senior FBI official terrorized his Arlington County girlfriend, at times holding her at knifepoint in her closet, dragging her around the apartment by her hair and forcing a gun into her mouth in a jealous, drunken rage, police allege in court documents.
Carl L. Spicocchi, 54, a former head of the FBI’s Toledo office who was on a temporary assignment in Washington, is being held without bond at the Arlington jail on two felony counts — abduction with intent to defile and a firearms charge, police said.
Spicocchi, who ran the Joint Terrorism Task Force in Toledo, has also been charged with misdemeanor assault and battery in the alleged Aug. 23 incident at the luxury high-rise Buchanan apartment building in Crystal City.” – Washington Post

Judge Throws The Book At Foxy, Who Is Out Of Gas!
September 7. 2007
Rapper Foxy Brown, who is 3 months pregnant, has been sentenced to 1 year in prison for violating her probation. If she is required to serve the full 1 year, she will give birth in prison, which is lamentable.
Judge Melissa Jackson has hated Foxy straight out the gate. She got her revenge for the worldwide bad publicity Foxy brought her, when she inappropriately screamed at a bailiff to, “hit her.”
While Foxy did break the law and jail time is appropriate, certainly the court could have done better than this for a pregnant woman. The fetal distress alone is bad enough. Are they really going to let this child be born in prison. They could have suspended the sentence. Do they have maternity wards at Rikers.
Foxy Brown Sentenced to a Year in Jail

NEW YORK — Foxy Brown was sentenced Friday to one year in jail for violating probation that stemmed from a fight with two manicurists in a New York City nail salon three years ago. “I’m not going to give you any more chances,” Criminal Court Judge Melissa Jackson told the 28-year-old rapper. “I hope you turn your life around and never again have to stand in a court of law.”
Probation Department officials asked for the hearing after Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, was arrested Aug. 14 in Brooklyn on charges of assaulting Arlene Raymond, 25.

Criminal Court Judge Melissa Jackson sentenced the rapper at a probation hearing for Brown, 28. “I’m not going to give you any more chances,” the judge told Brown. “I hope you turn your life around and never again have to stand in a court of law.”
Brown was accused of hitting the woman with a cell phone on July 30 when the pair fought over the music volume from Brown’s car stereo.
Just before the hearing began, Brown, her hands shackled to a scuffed brown belt that settled on the hips of her elegant gray pantsuit, asked the judge for yet another chance at freedom and promised to straighten out her life. Jackson had jailed her Aug. 22 to await the hearing.
“I’m willing to do whatever I need to do to change,” Brown told the judge. She said she had made a lot of mistakes. “I realize that’s not where I want to be. It’s humbled me in ways I never imagined.”
The judge replied, “Ms. Marchand, it’s too little, too late. I’m glad you’re learning something; that’s a positive.”
The judge found Brown had left the state without permission; had moved her residence from Brooklyn to Mahwah, N.J., without permission; had failed to notify the department of an arrest in Mahwah; had failed to report to probation officers, and had dropped court-ordered anger management sessions with a psychologist.
Probation officials said Brown, in Florida without permission on Feb. 15, was arrested for allegedly throwing hair glue at a beauty shop employee when he asked her to leave because the shop was closing.
Brown later struggled with an officer who was called to the shop, and she was charged with battery and resisting an officer with violence, police said. Brown was released after posting a $1,500 bond. That case is pending.

Recently, pastor Juanita Bynum suffered an assault at her estranged husband’s hands. Some are wondering how it could have happened, but people are people. Yes, pastors, politicians and humanitarians are held up to a higher standard, but we all choose how we conduct ourselves in life based on the choices we make.
While God can forgive him, I do believe he should step down, as this wasn’t appropriate for someone in a leadership role.
Juanita needs to pray about the direction she is going to take in her life and ministry. Pray for guidance and emotional healing from the trauma. Being attacked and by a man has to be traumatic.
Mr. Weeks needs to pray for forgiveness and not do this again. No one has the right to violence as the answer to a problem or conflict.
People have been stating that Weeks was married with a child and divorced his wife to marry Juanita. This needs to be addressed. While I don’t know all the specifics, the only reason God gave for divorce in the Bible is adultery. If that was not the case here, then there’s a spiritual problem.
A Call To Righteousness
The church as a whole needs to focus on the fundamentals of Christianity. Sometimes ministries become too concerned with financial issues and lose focus. That’s not what God wants. God made us to peacefully work together in the spirit of brotherhood and faith, putting Him first.
Has a generation of young Hollywood stars ever been more messed up than the current lot. The two Coreys (Haim and Feldman) on their worst day never got into this much trouble or disgraced the industry so.
Did actress Molly Ringwald, Lindsay Lohan‘s predecessor, run amok like this? no!
Lindsay Lohan reportedly flunked a drug test in rehab and was caught having sex in a bathroom in the facility:
Did Debbie Gibson, Britney Spears’ predecessor mess up in such catastrophic proportions? no.
Did Heidi Fleiss, Paris’ predecessor, mess up like this (LOL…and they both went to jail)
