Bloomberg News reports today on the Colombian/Ecuadorian/Venezuelan border conflict gave cause for optimism that the three countries are engaging in productive talks with the goal of averting war. Here’s hoping the diplomatic discussions are successful and a resolution is reached, agreeable to all parties.
