FBI Agent Debunks Akon’s Rap Sheet

Gwen Stefani’s producer and tour buddy, Akon, was charged for throwing a kid into the audience at a New York concert. Now, the FBI has thrown him under the bus, via the Smoking Gun, for lying about his criminal record in other matters.

FBI agent Peter McFarlane pimp slapped Akon, stating he isn’t the major criminal he makes himself out to be in magazines, to boost his street credibility.

The FBI agent also said Akon is not so smart for stealing a $75,000 BMW, but tossing out the guitar that was in the trunk, because it turned out to be worth more than the car he stole, which he went to jail for.

The estimated value of the guitar is $250,000 (LOL). And you call yourself a musician, Akon. What’s next? Are you going to break a Stradivarius on stage.

Side bar: FBI agent McFarlane also threw a member of Jermaine Dupri’s group Jagged Edge under the bus for buying stolen cars. How ironic that they made a song bragging about “Keys To The Range (Rover).”

Three months before Akon was arrested driving the car, the vehicle had been stolen from in front of the Columbus, Georgia office of Robert Schiffman, a wealthy financier. Schiffman also was a collector of valuable guitars, one of which happened to be in the trunk of the sedan when it was taken. The car thieves, though, were unaware that the instrument, a 1931 Herman Hauser that once belonged to the classical guitar virtuoso Andres Segovia, was worth more than the BMW itself. The guitar, then valued at $100,000, was one of only two instruments that Hauser built for Segovia (the other guitar, made in 1937, is part of The Metropolitan Museum of Art’s collection).

Along with everything else in the car that could trace back to the BMW’s owner, the guitar was discarded by the thieves. The instrument, still in its $1200 case, was eventually discovered in a roadside bush by a BellSouth lineman. Five years later, the Hauser guitar finally found its way back to Schiffman, who is now seeking to sell the guitar for upwards of $250,000.

McFarlane, 62, who has worked auto crime cases for Georgia’s Department of Revenue since his FBI retirement, laughed out loud when told of Akon’s claims about running a “notorious” auto theft ring, owning chop shops, and being brought down by turncoat underlings. “Ah, this is bull****. This guy is so phony. He’s an arrogant SOB,” said McFarlane. Asked about Akon, Brewer said, “I don’t think he had any role besides [wanting] to drive a high-dollar vehicle. And I say this because we didn’t link him to any other cars.”

Nobody was arrested for the actual theft of the BMW, and it is unclear how Akon obtained the auto. Though both McFarlane and Brewer recalled how a member of Jagged Edge, an Atlanta-based R&B group, opted to purchase stolen cars at a deep discount.

Girlfriend Was “Locked Up” Like Akon

It has been revealed that singer Usher’s fiancée, who left her husband and three kids to be with him, has a criminal past.

I’m not surprised at this news. Something was telling me to check online, but I didn’t, because I was too busy. But somebody else did.

I thought that regarding her because the level of manipulation and conniving his fiancée is displaying, had to have gotten her into trouble at some point.

His fiancée, Tameka Foster, 38, was arrested for theft and separately welfare fraud.

Dude, I hope you have a prenup. Not because she is an ex-con, because after people do their jail time and are truly reformed, no one should hold that against them.

But considering Tamkea has a penchant for theft, has wreaked havoc in your personal and professional life, alienated and extricated most of your longtime family, friends and business associates, I am of the belief that she is not reformed.

I couldn’t dream of doing that to someone I was dating, let alone marrying. Would any of you reading the site do the above-mentioned things to someone you claim you care about.

People who truly care about you, try to help you build bridges, not burn them.

So far Usher has offended his fans that are his bread and butter, numerous writers, a prominent DJ (Tom Joyner, who said he threatened to beat him up over talking about his fiancée Tameka) a radio personality (Wendy Williams), publicists, and most of all, his mom, who was his loyal manager of 10 years, helping him build everything he has, that if he is not careful and things go wrong with Tameka, she just might take. You could go from singing “My Boo” to being broke.

My question is, is it worth offending all these people, especially your mamma. And where will your career be without your fans. You can’t do this singer thing without them. You do realize that.

You can’t have a cart without the horse, as who will carry the cart along and take it places. You can’t do that on your own.

Be careful of people who egg you on to do destructive things. There are better ways to handle offenses than threatening physical violence and Joyner, just like everyone else is entitled to their opinion.

Though I have not seen the movie, only the trailer and a couple clips on TV, why does this situation bring to memory Misery?

“Tameka is an ex-con whose first lover was gunned down in a drug-related execution-style shooting.” Poor Usher has no idea who he’s marrying,” Tameka’s half sister Valencia Foster told The Enquirer.

” He’s a wonderful guy - but Tameka is giving him a big-time snow job.” The scene for deception was set at a “getting to know the in-laws” dinner in Tameka’s hometown of Oakland, Calif., on July 7 as the couple finalized plans for a July 28 wedding.

Valencia, 49, explained that Usher led a prayer before dinner, then turned to her and said: “‘You know all the family secrets - tell me about them.’ Before I could say a word, Tameka kicked me so hard under the table she almost put a hole in my leg,” Valencia said.”

Then she pulled me aside and whispered: ‘Don’t tell him anything.’ “Tameka, fleeing from a troubled home life, moved in with Valencia when she was 11. “She arrived with $14 in food stamps in her purse,” recalled Valencia.

“She turned out to be a nightmare. “By 14, she had become involved with a married drug dealer five years older than her, Valencia says. “I banned him from the house – but four years later she was pregnant with his baby when his car was ambushed and he was riddled with bullets. Tameka missed being with him in the car by minutes.

“Court records show that Tameka has been arrested twice. In 1991, she served 20 days in the Los Angeles County Jail for petty theft and was placed on probation for two years. Records indicate she had previously served jail time.

An earlier arrest in Alameda County, Calif., involved “some kind of welfare fraud, and she was sentenced to perform community service,” said Valencia. Tameka, Usher’s former wardrobe stylist, has three children and is expecting the singer’s baby in the fall.

Usher, 28, recently shocked fans by reportedly firing his manager mother and replacing her with Tameka. The 38-year-old I thought she was supposed to be 36 bride asked her father, John Foster, to give her away at the wedding in the Hampton’s, the tony New York enclave.

But Tameka threatened to ban her mom from the ceremony - because she had lost her false teeth! “Tameka told her: ‘You’re not coming to my wedding without teeth,’ ” Valencia said. “I asked her why she didn’t buy her mother a new set, and she told me: ‘Let her get her own f****** teeth- she didn’t take care of me when I was young.’

“Valencia says Tameka’s mom bought the new teeth herself - and she believes one day Usher will discover the truth about his new bride. “Usher is so much in love he’s under her spell,” she said. “But he’s going to find out she’s a wolf in sheep’s clothing.” – National Enquirer

Is Akon A-lying

Singer Akon claims he is innocent in the child flinging incident featured on the site yesterday, where he picked up a youngster and threw him into the audience in a fit of anger. Dude, we saw the video. You picked up a 15 year old boy and tossed him like a sack of potatoes. The kid landed on people before hitting the ground. Not good.

Akon, you were wrong. Full stop. No one deserves that kind of treatment and disproportionate actions in response to a small provocation. The boy threw a small object at you that missed. He didn’t deserve to be tossed for that by a well known R&B star.

Now comes news that the minor’s mother has stepped forward with her son’s info. It was also revealed today that an innocent bystander was injured, sustaining a concussion.

It wasn’t an accident Akon, like some stage incidents turn out to be. This was deliberate and had forethought.

What if the boy had landed on his head. He could have died, been rendered paralyzed, broken several bones or sustained a brain injury. That’s not something to joke around with. Think next time before you contemplate then undertake such deeds on stage. Adrenalin and anger is no excuse.

People aren’t trying to come down on you, but they realize there is a problem with your conduct, with incidents transpiring one after another.

You seem to act first, then think after, which isn’t beneficial to the public, who have been subject to your mood swings and wild behavior.

You clearly aren’t thinking well when you go on stage, which beckons the question, what is your mind set when you are off stage.

You’ve had two incidents in a row. Let’s not strive for a third, where you are sure to be “locked up” as the title of your song states. This is all very unnecessary.

Somebody give that negro some ADD medication before he goes on stage. We can’t have him tossing the kids of the world all over the place like this.

Update: Akon Insist Innocence Over Fan Fling Allegations

06/07/07 - R&B singer AKON is adamant he is innocent of potential criminal charges after he allegedly threw a teenage fan into the audience at a New York concert. Video footage from Yahoo/ABC News shows the “Smack That” hitmaker hurling a concertgoer into the crowd at an event in Fishkill, New York, on Sunday (Jun 3).

While no criminal charges have yet been filed over the incident, police are in contact with the alleged victim - a 15-year-old boy from Harriman, NY…

This is the second teen-related controversial incident for Akon - last month the singer apologized after a dirty-dancing incident with a 14-year-old girl onstage.

In related news, A 26-year-old woman says she suffered a concussion when the thrown teenager landed on her head after being tossed off the stage. Abby Rosa of Delaware County tells the Poughkeepsie Journal that she suffered a headache and blurry vision and was later diagnosed with a concussion.

Akon’s Gonna Be An Akonvict If He Doesn’t Stop

I wrote about rapper Akon in my Sound Off Column last month regarding a sexually inappropriate incident that transpired on stage with a 14 year old girl. Akon claimed ignorance as to her age, but it still cost the tour he was on, headlined by thief, copyright infringer and tranny, Glen Gwen Stefani, $3,000,000.

The furor from that incident hasn’t even died down yet and Akon is in trouble again, and once again, it appears to involve a minor.

He threw a minor out of a concert, so to speak…literally.

A minor in the audience threw a bottle at Akon and missed, which was wrong (no, not the missing part, the throwing part). Akon then decided to send a bodyguard into the crowd to fetch the teenager. He picked the boy up over his head and carelessly and spitefully tossed him into the audience, where by the looks of it, he landed on a group of teenagers before hitting the ground.

That was cruel and completely uncalled for. All you had to do was have security escort him out of the show and that would have been enough punishment. Assault should not have been an option.

The entertainment industry is out of control these days. No boundaries and no morals. No respect for the law or individual’s rights and it is repulsive.

The police are currently looking for the teen and contemplating charges against Akon.
