Madonna Infringes Preexisting Copyrighted Music For “Hard Candy” CD

Miami, Florida – April 28, 2008 – Pop singer Madonna has once again infringed verbatim, the preexisting, years old copyrights of indie singer/writer Aisha for her forthcoming “Hard Candy” CD. Aisha has called for a boycott of the album.

Madonna unlawfully infringed copyrighted music from Aisha’s web site, which has been viewed by millions. She further illegally infringed, verbatim, private, unreleased items from Aisha’s preexisting Copyrighted Catalog, registered with the Library Of Congress, years before the willful thefts by Madonna occurred.

COPYRIGHTED CATALOG

Aisha is the author of the world’s largest independently owned intellectual property Copyrighted Catalog containing 10,000 songs, 300 movie scripts and short stories, 15 book manuscripts, 200 music video treatments, 500 photographs, 150 photo treatments, a perfume line and clothing line, which Madonna has been unlawfully helping herself to in violation of domestic and international law.

At no time did Aisha grant anyone permission to use any of said copyrighted works.

A detailed comparison of the infringements are available on Aisha’s web site, AishaMusic.com and on JudiciaryReport.com along with Copyright Office registration certificate numbers, that all predate Madonna’s infringements by years.

Currently, two Miami law firms are working on Aisha’s behalf regarding copyrights Madonna also spread to affiliated artists and producers she worked with, who also fraudulently took writers credit and royalties for the already registered songs.

However, the Madonna infringements and civil rights violations that occurred in tandem with the case, will be handled internationally in separate legal world venues and courts of law.

According to web site statistics, Madonna’s label, the beleaguered Warner Music Group, headed by Edgar Bronfman jr. and her publishers, have been frequent visitors to Aisha’s web site, before and after the infringements occurred, attesting to the fact they know who the indie singer is, when they really should not.

One of Madonna’s producers, Timbaland, also contacted Aisha’s MySpace page, before the latest rash of infringements occurred.

Madonna is no stranger to copyright infringement claims, as she has been sued many times for blatant violations of the Copyright Act, among other things.

Available on Aisha’s web site is a feature detailing over 3 DOZEN incidents of Madonna infringing other artists “copyrights” and “trademarks” with multiple cases resulting in litigation from individuals all over the world.

Aisha stated, “To claim one is the queen of reinvention, when your many music and image makeovers willfully rip off other artists’ copyrighted works in great detail, is disgraceful and screams fraud.

“There is nothing original about theft. Her conduct is very dishonorable. For one to steal and from a minority, is insidious and betrays a gross lack of character. Copyrights are considered intangible assets. Therefore, to steal another’s copyrights is to steal another’s money.”

“In case Madonna has forgotten in her old age and vain attempts at trying to be the contemporary of Miley Cyrus and Britney Spears, copyright infringement is a crime under United States and United Nations laws.”

More Madonna Thefts Uncovered (Part 3)

Madonna Ripped Off Kylie’s Music

Madonna exhausted from ripping everybody off and excessive plastic surgery

Continuing the theme of uncovering and unraveling the many copyright thefts that comprise Madonna’s fraudulent career, this week let’s take a look at another of the Queen of Poop’s rip offs.

In 1990 Kylie Minogue released the song “Better The Devil You Know” which she still routinely performs at her concerts, some of which Madonna has attended in recent years, as photographs attest (no doubt with her pen and pad to rip stuff off). The song was re-released in 1998 and went up the charts again.

Kylie’s “2 Hearts” 2007 (left) Madonna’s rip off cover “Hard Candy” 2008 (right) - [see any similarities]

Fast forward several years to 2005 and pathetic Madonna, who has ripped off Minogue many times, knocked off Kylie’s preexisting song “Better The Devil You Know” for her song screecher “Like It Or Not” that appeared on her last album “Confessions On A Dance Floor,” which according to Reuters “flopped” (regardless of Madonna’s receipt-less, lying claims of outselling everyone in 2005 and 2006).

While, I’m not a fan of either song due to the message of encouraging women to choose someone that’s not the best based on familiarity and Madonna’s rip off sounding plain awful and stupid, there are infringements.

Not only do the songs sound alike, contain the same melodies and rhythm, they share mutual lyrics as illustrated below. The infringements are color coded according to mutual lyrics appearing in both songs (left to right at different places), with Madonna’s substandard, poorly sung track being the rip off recorded and released years later:

Kylie’s “Better The Devil You Know” 1990 Madonna’s “Like It Or Not” 2005
Better the devil you know
Better the devil you know

Woh
Better the devil you know
Better the devil you know

Woh woh woh
Say you won’t leave me no more
I’ll take you back again
No more excuses no, no
‘Cos I’ve heard them all before
A hundred times or more

[CHORUS:]
I’ll forgive and forget
If you say you’ll never go
‘Cos its true what they say
It’s
better the devil you know

Woh woh woh
Our love wasn’t perfect I know
I think I know the score
If you say
you love me, oh boy
I can’t ask for more
I’ll come if you should call

[CHORUS:]

I’ll be here every day
Waiting for
your love to show
Yes it’s true what they say
It’s
better the devil you know

Woh woh woh
I’ll take you back
I’ll take you back again
I’ll take you back
I’ll take you back again

I’ll be the garden, you’ll be the snake
All of my fruit is yours to take
Better the devil that you know
Your love for me will grow
Because
This is who I am
You can like it or not
You can love me or leave me
Cause I’m never gonna stop, no no

Cleopatra had her way
Matahari too
Whether they were good or bad
Is strictly up to you

Don’t let the fruit rot under the vine
Fill up your cup and let’s drink the wine
Better the devil that you know
Your love for me will grow
Because

This is who I am
You can like it or not
You can love me or leave me
Cause I’m never gonna stop, no no, you know
This is who I am
You can like it or not
You can love me or leave me
Cause I’m never gonna stop, no no, you know

No no, you know
No no,
you know
No no,
you know
No no,
you know

Madonna Killed Her Husband’s Libido

…And His Career

April 15. 2008

Madonna and her, er, trainer, working out. Is that what they’re calling it now.

Madonna keeps trying extra hard to make the public believe that she and her husband, Guy Ritchie, who she’s all but destroyed, have a great marriage and wonderful sex life. The only problem is, no one believes that and have written articles and blogs to that effect.

As a result, she changed her story to say her husband’s libido died as a result of a cookie diet. If you say so.

Are you sure it’s not being married to a she-male psychopath with a personality disorder, who keeps transforming into other known singers, killed your career, made her face plastic and non-human with way too much surgery and transformed her body into that of He-man and Mr. Universe combined, coupled with rumored Herpes, that did the trick.

Madonna training with Gwyneth Paltrow, who is covering her face.

Men like feminine women. The only men that like butch women are drag queens…and your ex-girlfriend Rosie O’Donnell.

I don’t believe Guy Ritchie’s libido is gone. He’s been using it elsewhere according to rumors in London. Maybe if Madonna would spend less time being nosy in younger singers’ personal business and stealing everybody else’s work, and paid attention to her own marriage, she would notice that.

Madonna Steals Kylie’s Choreographers

Kylie Minogue

Madonna’s sick transformation into Australian pop singer Kylie Minogue is almost complete. She’s stolen her album cover, her music and now she has managed to steal Kylie’s choreographers, leaving the Australian singer without dance moves for her forthcoming tour.

Madonna is being bashed online for this conduct. Kylie’s fans aren’t amused. This isn’t the first time Madonna has done this. When Courtney Love made her debut in the 90’s with that whole grunge scene and became popular, an article came out about how Madonna proceeded to steal her stylist, hairstylist and make-up artist and attempted to duplicate her look.

When Courtney publicly complained, Madonna asked a journalist to write an article saying she was flattering herself and imagining the whole thing. Turns out, it’s just Madonna’s way, as she’s doing it now to Kylie as well.

Looking back, I do remember that latter portion of the “Ray Of Light” phase where Madonna went around looking like Courtney Love’s twin. I was never a Madonna fan and really didn’t follow the grunge movement, so I didn’t realize what the inspiration was for that whole rip off.

That same “Ray Of Light” album produced plagiarism claims and lawsuits from others as well. Kleptomaniac Madonna was just stealing everybody’s stuff and still is today.

Remember when she went through her phase of mimicking Cydi Lauper, then Debbie Harry (Blondie). Neither woman was happy about it. When you think about it, her conduct is sick.

Madonna was never original. Actually, she is a hoodlum that steals massive amounts of copyrights, then pays journalists to bully and defame other artists that dares challenge her stealing sprees. However, she’s done it too many times now for it to be denied.

Side bar: a writer recently said of Madonna and Kylie, “You can consider her Australia’s answer to Madonna – except that Kylie hasn’t turned into a bony old whore.” (source)

Madge steals Kylies choreographers

London, April 7 (ANI): Madonna has left Kylie Minogue in a state of panic after stealing the Aussie singers choreographers on the eve of her big comeback tour.

Madonna poached the Talauega Brothers, Richmond and Tone, despite the pair giving their consent to work with Kylie on her KYLIEX2008 dates, which start on May 6.

According to sources, the move suggests that an announcement of Madonna’s tour dates is just approaching.

Madonna Stole “Express Yourself”

Further cementing her title as the greatest musical fraud in history, it has been revealed by a web site that Madonna’s stole not only the song “Express Yourself” but the music video it as well (SEE PHOTO COMPARISONS BELOW).

I stumbled upon a web site that posted a link in a message board thread, where all the users were complaining about what a thief Madonna is and they are correct, as I can attest to that firsthand.

When one’s career is based on stealing and defrauding others out of their copyrighted works, over and over again, forming a pattern that spanned one’s entire career, it says you are a fraud of the highest order.

To date there have been many very credible copyright infringement and plagiarism claims against Madonna for stealing (listed below).

Then, you look at her forthcoming CD, “Hard Candy” and once again, it is packed with copyright infringement. She stole the CD cover from Kylie Minogue. She stole the song “Candy Shop” from 50 Cent. Then she stole the songs “4 Minutes To Save The World,” “Incredible,” “Devil” and “Dance Tonight” from my released and unreleased work from my PREEXISTING Copyrighted Catalog that contains 10,000 songs, among other items.

When you look over the sheer amount of stuff Madonna has stolen from so many people, you say to yourself regarding her, what a fraud. Her career has been an absolute, unequivocal fraud. For details on the following copyright thefts regarding the many artists Madonna has stolen from click here:

NOTE: Regarding my case, in October 2007, a former Jamaican Prime Minister found a copyright attorney to represent me at an international law firm, which I thank him for. Said attorney has been working on the case, as it relates to Sony/BMG and Interscope, as I requested. I appreciate his time and efforts. The Madonna case and the other thefts that sprang from it will be pursued separately and internationally in other world forums by a human rights law firm.

However, while my attorney has been working on the case, Sony/BMG artist, Beyonce, and her family have been steadily sneaking out more and more of my copyrighted works without permission. My works are very dear to me. If you were me in this, how would you feel in light of that.

Beyonce

I have acted in good faith in turning in all the necessary paperwork, laid off slamming Sony/BMG artists in my widely read columns for stealing my copyrighted works, so as not to impede my attorney in anyway, to give them a chance to resolve this.

However, Beyonce and co. keep offending me more and more with the continuing thefts of my copyrights. This is greatly jeopardizing a possible settlement and I don’t fathom how Sony/BMG could want that and a Warner type boycott.

Did Beyonce not get her boss Clive Davis’ public memo that appeared all over the mainstream press last month:

NOTE #2: I know who the commissioned hacker is that Madonna hired in this case. I know where he works. I have recorded his various hacks into my computers without permission, where he illegally copied my Copyrighted Catalog, and I have obtained, for evidentiary purposes, a clear, irrefutable digital and financial trail between Madonna and said hacker and his place of employment. Said evidence meets all international legal standards.

Madonna’s New Album Cover Viciously Panned

Madonna’s Vile New CD Cover Being Slammed Online

I’ve cropped the bottom of the panned photo out (trust me I’ve done you a favor)

Web site after web site has vicious comments in the feedback sections, anchored by sarcastic, facetious blog posts regarding Madonna’s new album cover that features her in a leotard (again) spreading her legs.

Posts on many web sites were filled with comments like, “Close your legs grandma,” “Mutton trying to pass for lamb,” “She’s desperate and irrelevant,” “She wrote children’s books. She should be ashamed of herself” and “I wouldn’t be caught dead queuing for that CD.”

Madonna Rips Off CD Title From Rock Group

Last week I pointed out that Madonna ripped off Kylie Minogue’s CD cover “2 Hearts” for her forthcoming “Hard Candy” CD:

Kylie’s “2 Hearts” (2007) - Madonna’s “Hard Candy” (200 8)

SIMILARITIES: same red & white swirl background, same fingers on face pose with head facing to the right and same short wave hairstyle

This is a follow up to the Madonna Jumping On Bandwagons Again article on February 19, 2008, regarding her ripping off singer Kylie Minogue’s music video.

Well, she’s at it again. Now, the pathetic old thief Madonna’s ripping off Kylie’s CD cover released last year, for her forthcoming copyright infringing “Hard Candy” CD on the sinking Warner Music Group label. Furthermore, what 50 year old sings about hard candy. There’s something very weird about that.

Madonna also previously ripped off preexisting songs by Kylie for her Confessions On A Dance Floor CD.
