Hillary Clinton Insisting On Moot Point

Hillary: “it’s my party and I’ll cry if I want to!” (get it, political party)
Hillary Clinton keeps insisting that if the votes in Florida and Michigan were counted, she would lead in the popular vote, but rival Barack Obama’s name was not on the ballot in one of the states nor did he campaign there.
As punishment for moving up primaries, Florida and Michigan were pimp slapped by the DNC and not included in the caucus results.

John McCain: would you hurry up already, Hillary!
Obama and others did not bother to campaign in Michigan as a result, and once again, their names were not on the ballot.
For Hillary to claim victory in a race where she was, in essence, the only one running is dirty. It looks desperate and unethical. That argument, much like your campaign, is moot.
To be ethical and fair, I must state, the voting authorities in Florida and Michigan should not have done this.

Obama: I really don’t know what’s taking her so long!
Millions of people in both states turned out to vote, took time off from work, some left early (well, some of you usually leave early anyway – just teasing) many standing in long lines and grappling with those machines, only for their vote not to count because of what management on a local level did and the response from DNC headquarters in turn.
They should have been barred from moving up the primaries and inconveniencing millions of taxpaying voters, who are the only reason, said election officials have paying jobs, anyway. It looks bad and it was a thoughtless hardship to place on voters.
“Clinton also has tried to make the case that if the results of disputed primaries in Michigan and Florida are included, she would lead Obama narrowly in the overall popular vote. Clinton won both contests, but the results were voided because they took place in January in violation of Democratic Party rules. Obama and three other Democrats, but not Clinton, removed their names from Michigan’s ballot after all the Democratic candidates agreed not to campaign there or in Florida.”
